4 days a week, 3 rest days.... sustainable lifestyle!
And guess what I lost 3 lbs this week!
Lifting heavy doing hiit moves and core work!
I’m def loving this program, it is intense but still simple enough anyone can do it 🙌🏽 So why not you?!
Because I couldn’t pass by a mirror and not admire my booty gains! 🤷🏼♀️🍑😜
At first I thought man this sounds a little self absorbed, but then I thought you know what I CAN admire these gains because I worked so hard for them! 💪🏻 Don’t feel shameful for posting something you are proud of because YOU WORKED FOR IT!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Also, you never know who’s watching and they just might find it to be the motivation that they needed! 😊💕

Ass Training ✅
First, you need to give the legs and 🍑 a reason to grow. Set the goal for adding reps or weights to an exercise each workout (progressive overload)📶 Second, your priority needs to be getting stronger in the 8-10 range. This will lift and firm the glutes and develop the legs. 80% of your results will come from continually adding resistance 🤗
Third, training your booty twice a week will allow for proper recovery. (Even though I do 3x a week most weeks). Fourth, focus on exercises that are easy to go up on in weight, while also allowing you to feel the 🍑 working during EACH rep... Don’t get discouraged, and remember to have a high protein and carb intake after working out to feed muscles within 20-30mins max (anabolic window)💯 Quick Tip: try squatting barefoot and pushing through the heels of your feet to maximize your concentration & squat, thank me later! ————————————————

Never in a million years did I ever think I’d want to see growth in my arms! I always thought skinner arms = better arms. Picking up some weights and adopting a better attitude towards food has done your girl some goood. Gotta lot of progress to be made, but I think in order to keep motivated, you gotta look back every once in a while and appreciate how far you’ve come.
