So iv been terrible at posting recently but I have backed up videos of workouts what I will finallllllllly be posting so YAY . So before EVERY booty/leg workout I always do glute activation and I do around 3 sets 12 reps the first video is just one set of my GA . Supersets for daaaays. Every two videos is a superset. • • Workout: 80% bench press 5 sets of 3. T bar rows 5 sets of 8 Incline dumbbell bench press Single arm dumbbell rows 5 sets of 8 Hammer strength bench press Pendlay rows 5x5 High placement cable flies Lat pulldowns 4x8 Machine flies Behind the head lat pulldowns 3x12 • • So right now, I’m training for strength. My goal is to compete in powerlifting. I’m on a percentage based program that’s centered around Prilepin’s Chart. Working up by about 5% of my current max each week for bench press, squats, and deadlifts. I’m making out every 7 weeks and then starting the cycle over again at 60% of my new max. • • Training Schedule: Chest and Back. Shoulders and Arms. Legs and Abs. Everything being done twice a week. One heavy day with a lot of compound movements and a few isolation movements. One high volume day with a few compound movements and more isolation. • • As I said before, my goal is strength. So I’m eating a lot of food and not too focused on cardio. Ass Training ✅ First, you need to give the legs and 🍑 a reason to grow. Set the goal for adding reps or weights to an exercise each workout (progressive overload)📶 Second, your priority needs to be getting stronger in the 8-10 range. This will lift and firm the glutes and develop the legs. 80% of your results will come from continually adding resistance 🤗 Third, training your booty twice a week will allow for proper recovery. (Even though I do 3x a week most weeks). Fourth, focus on exercises that are easy to go up on in weight, while also allowing you to feel the 🍑 working during EACH rep... Lil’ arm and shoulder progress courtesy of a higher-protein diet + more focus on upper body development 🙌 Never in a million years did I ever think I’d want to see growth in my arms! I always thought skinner arms = better arms. Picking up some weights and adopting a better attitude towards food has done your girl some goood. Gotta lot of progress to be made, but I think in order to keep motivated, you gotta look back every once in a while and appreciate how far you’ve come.
