Okay okay, I’ll play along. In ten years I have done the following:
1️⃣grown to love lifting weights
2️⃣went from cheerleader to bodybuilder
3️⃣gained 40 pounds
4️⃣earned a Bachelors degree, and two Masters degrees
5️⃣started from the bottom, sometimes working two jobs at once- as a cocktail waitress, bartender, receptionist, personal trainer, Human Resources, accountant, paralegal, auto insurance adjuster, marketing director, and finally as a CEO.
6️⃣been married and divorced, and found my way back to the love of my life (we dated in high school) swipe to see our 10 year transformation.
7️⃣spent two of those years writing my graduate thesis
8️⃣bought my first house
9️⃣started my own company & changed the lives of so many women
🔟been a dog momma to multiple huskies (I bred them) two Yorkies, an Akita, two kitties, and a Pitbull.
What accomplishments are y’all most proud of in the past decade?
Same weight & rep scheme as last week but totally different squats in my opinion. Completely new stance annnndddd new cueing in my head. I have a frick ton of work to do on my squats in the next few weeks before I hop back onto a program but I’m liking what I’m seeing. Still some hip pain with this new groove, but substantially less.. and I’ll take that shit🤙
