How to keep motivated?
I know it sounds simple but keeping yourself motivated it’s not the easiest thing on earth. When I first started my fitness journey it was so hard to keep myself motivated, first of all, because I was so scared of weight lifting I used to have this idea that if I lift weight I would get bulky and second, I had no idea about what I was doing really. Consistency and patience is the key. If you never start you will never get to the point where it becomes enjoyable and you see results. You can do anything💪🏼💪🏼 start a new habit today and believe in yourself. I start aiming for making it to the gym 5x at least and nowadays days I go about7x sometimes 6x. Set your goals, don’t give up and don’t wait for 2019 to start your journey. No excuses !! 💪🏼
