Single leg abductors (push out with your glutes) then lean back and do 10 more using both legs. My #1 fitness hack for school is to do regular 3 minute workouts for every 30 minutes of studying. This little workout above is a perfect example of a workout I would do while studying. When I had a solid few hours of studying ahead of me, I would set my timer for every 30 minutes and every time it would go off, I would get up, pick 3 exercises from my little white board on my wardrobe (pictured in my video) and cycle through them for just 3 minutes. It was just enough to get my heart rate up a little, get my blood flowing, and clear the brain fog. For this workout, do: 1️⃣Chaturanga Push Up with Flip x 4 reps each side. This exercise is kind of hard to explain on paper. But thank goodness this isn’t a text only platform! Hopefully the video is self explanatory 2️⃣Squat to front lunge x 15 reps. This is a body weight exercise so it won’t be super effective at building muscle. And that isn’t really the goal here anyway. We just want to get your body moving and get all your muscles activated. So focus on good form and going through full range of motion 3️⃣Toe Taps x 15 reps. The goal of this is to get your heart rate up and your flood flowing, so go through these as fast as possible while maintaining good form. If you don’t have a surface at a reasonable height to tap your foot on, mimic the movement in the air or do high knees! 🔅Repeat this circuit for 3 minutes . 👉🏻Regular exercise has been proven to improve memory and critical thinking skills. It also wakes up your body, which improves blood flow and wakes up your mind, making it easier to focus and be more productive 🙌🏻I have more exercise suggestions in my video so make sure you check it out! 🎵Always Dance - 3LAU Mashup

I ALMOST DIDN’T POST THIS PICTURE BECAUSE OF MY VISIBLE LOVE HANDLES 🤦🏽‍♀️ Soo...let’s talk about weight gain ••• On Saturday AM, I took my weekly check-in pics #accountability and weighed in at 109.3 lbs...Sunday night after consuming my delicious weekend #cheatmeals I decided to weigh in for giggles and weighed in at...119 POUNDS! How could I have possibly gained 10 lbs in only 24 hours?! Well...the truth is it’s NOT POSSIBLE, technically! Yes, I weighed A LOT more but was it fat that I gained? Nope, mainly just water weight! Weight fluctuates ALL the time, especially in females. Today I stepped back on the scale and was down to 113.2 lbs which is about a 6 pound decrease 🤗 & tomorrow I should be back to my normal weight or at least close to it! ••• Currently I am about 10-12 pounds above my stage weight (99 lbs) & I’m feeling really good! I’m sure I’ve gained some fat, along with muscle during these past 3 months but I know it’s essential to become healthier, stronger and to feel happier 😇 I am enjoying the flexibility and balance that comes with #improvementseason . For me that means sticking to my macros on point throughout the week, hitting the gym hard and indulging in one or two cheat meals over the weekend! #transformation 10 months difference between these pictures. I have been training for almost 4 years now, but I’ve always been scared to lift heavy. I thought that if I would, I’d get super bulky. But 10 months ago I realized that with the way I was training, I would never reach my goals, so I changed everything. I changed my diet, the way I was training and my mentality. BEST thing I ever did, I have reached so many goals and I’m finally seeing a lot of change. I’m stronger now which feels great. Word of advice don’t wait 3 years, don’t be afraid to lift heavy, you won’t get bulky or get too muscular to fast, it takes A LOT of time to built muscle, so keep trying new things till you find something that’s works for you. 😊😊 - - Gonna start posting more transformation pictures, keeps me motivated 💪🏽

I never really felt “home” in the county were I live, I’ve always wanted to travel and see the world. We do travel a lot every summer and I think that’s where I get it from. But I still never really felt at “home” somewhere. Until I traveled to Spain 🇪🇸 It just felt right. I feel kinda homesick now and I wanna go back as soon as possible. - Not complaining, the country where I live is not to bad, but you know.. 🎃🎃
