This time last week, waking up shredded af feels like it was all a dream. And it kinda was... This physique is the result of 6 months of preparation & some magic stuff to make me look like this.. one week out from this & I’ve taken 4 days off tracking & weighing my food, I’ve eaten flexibly without blowing out, enjoyed some treats & now I’ve reset & refocused on my reverse diet to ensure I don’t mess up my metabolism from dieting down. I had an incredible prep, it’s the part I loved most about competing ⚡️. We didn’t go aggressive with my calories until the last 10 days so I’m not feeling like I need to go and eat aisle 3 of the super market.
A lot of people talk about post comp being harder than prep itself because the restriction is removed, the goal you focussed so heavily on achieving changes & normal life resumes. I spoke to a lot of people about post comp during my prep because I knew it was going to be a huge challenge. I’ll be documenting my reverse diet and updating you guys on my physique changing over on YT 💖💖

Regardless of how you look in the mirror or what life situation you are in right now, true happiness starts with accepting and loving yourself first❤ Sure, you could do workouts with the hatred for your own looks but if it lacks the compassion for your body to be healthy and energetic, the drive for you to keep pushing will die in the long run. Be grateful that you have a fully functioning body, lungs to breathe, and feet to walk. Once you shift your mind into gratefulness for what you have right now, it will become x100 easier for you to stick to your goals, nourish yourself with great food and exercise, and thus live the truly best damn life!👌👊 I have to admit that I also started working out because I hated my legs (which were jiggly and skinny fat at the time). But the physical changes only happened when I sticked to my committment with the love for lifting and taking care of my body💛 Treat your body with respect and care because that is the only place you live for the rest of your life! ..

It’s ok not to be fearless in the pursuit of your goals & dreams, but don’t ever let that fear stand in the way of what you want. I let fear dictate so many of my decisions, but standing still is a lot scarier than chasing what you want and potentially failing. I often find that when I’m scared of something, listing out all of my fears helps me realise the worst case scenario is still better than not taking action 🔥🔥🔥 ‘doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will’ ⚡️⚡️

Seriously how many times have you given up on a diet because you didnt want to meal prep anymore, or you gave into your cravings, or you didnt have time? What about that new year revolution you made to start working out ? Or that new business you started to make a better life for your family?
I see it happen so many times people start something and they give up. Trust me i been there too. I have never been one that gives up easily. I work hard i bust my ass i try to make it work before i even think about giving up. But it gets hard. Trust me i know.

Touch down in Sydney after a huge weekend away ✈️. Feeling incredibly grateful and humbled by the outpour of love & support I received from you all in the last 6 months and more so in the last few weeks leading up to the day.
When I decided to compete I set two goals for myself
1. To challenge myself mentally and physically
2. To get myself in my best physical condition to date
Along the way, I picked up a third goal:
3. To inspire people to chase their dreams and work towards their goals
I achieved my first two goals, and based on the influx of comments and messages (which I’m slowly getting around to responding to) I achieved the third too.
Placing would have been the icing on the cake, but no one can take away the hard work I put into my prep, the love I have for my body or the things I learned along the way.
I am so excited to reset my goals & focus for the remainder of 2018 and continue to share everything I do to achieve those with you guys. I’ll be investing a lot of my time in helping you all achieve your goals and I can’t wait to share with you what I’ve been working on with everything I’ve learned during my prep. For now - reverse diet, flexible eating, focussing on strength & a lot of sleep! #sophout

i didn’t go to the gym tonight but my booty looked good in this pic from tuesday so here we are 💁🏼♀️💁🏼♀️ i have family visiting this weekend and going to see family next weekend but besides that i have really been so on point with my workouts and nutrition. i’m actually really proud of myself because a few months ago, i was so out of my routine, not loving the gym, and eating so badly. i feel so good right now and i couldn’t be happier 😝😝😝 since y’all ask, i have been weight training 5 times a week. 3 leg days that are glute and hamstring focused and 2 upper body days that are delt and back focused. i am doing cardio as often as possible because i am really enjoying it (thanks @shanedawson
docuseries) and that’s averaging out to be about 2-4 sessions a week on the stairs for anywhere from 10-45 minutes. i am eating a protein packed breakfast and @fitlifefoods
5 days a week for lunch and dinner. weekends have still been enjoyed completely! i am not tracking my meals but know i’m in a slight caloric deficit fo shoo. i can’t complain and i’ve found what works for me 🙌🏼🙌🏼 #balance #workout #nutrition #bootypic #bootypose #glutes #legday #myroutine
