THE WAY YOU THINK. This is the first part in seeing yourself in a loving way. You have to change your mindset FIRST.
Take all your thoughts captive. Before you let yourself think something decide whether it is going to positively or negatively affect your day. If you think something enough you start to believe it and it affects every part of your being.
When you see yourself in the mirror you could think, "If only I could just lose a few pounds" without hesitation. Instead when that thought pops up into your head, CHOOSE to think something else. Shift your mindset to something like, "I really love the way my hair looks today".
Self love, starts with self.
With you and your own thoughts.
So start thinking higher of yourself because you deserve it.
