As a manifestor (Human Design), my creative process generally starts by asking myself "What do I want to share/express/create?" as it relates to the goal I'm trying to achieve. Once I connect to the essence of it, I get clear on the intention and meaning behind it. From there I brainstorm, create, refine, and birth the project.
Manifestors are meant to create whatever they're motivated to in the moment. Their inspiration is internal so all they need to get going is clarity. However, this kind of creating isn't suitable for the other Human Design types.
For example, a generator is most successful when he/she creates in response to their external reality. Their source of inspiration gets tapped when they lean back, observe, and let life bring them opportunities to solve a need. From there they brainstorm, create, refine, and birth their projects.
Neither way is better than the other. We all create differently. That's why understanding our own Human Design can help us get into creative flow and stay there longer.

Your brand message doesn't just appear when you hire a copywriter. Or a designer.
Define your message first so that they can work their magic! Don’t waste, money, and energy trying to "get it right" when you don't even know what that is yet.

Sometimes a full rebrand is the best solution, sometimes we move in incremental changes - pushing things one step at the time. There is no one-size-fits-all magic wand. 📈

A big reason why you need the nail down your core message and brand voice is because it makes it easier to create consistent content.
Why would you want to create consistent content?
Because there will come a time when you will need to go out and get leads.
Even if leads are coming to you now through referral, if you want to scale your business, you've got to get out there.
If you want work that's meaningful and a business that's fulfilling, you need to share who you are and what you do on a regular basis.
Content marketing is a powerful way to do it! AKA sharing content with your audience in a useful, intriguing way that's related to what you sell.
When you're confident about your brand and what it says and does and stands for, you're more likely to WANT to share. And when you share, you're ahead of the curve with your marketing!

Ranking better in search engines.
You're getting organic traffic (which means traffic that's meant to come to you. Not traffic that you wish would just go away!) Developing relationships which means you're developing a natural sales funnel that doesn't feel forced.
