There are times in your life when you are faced with what seems like an insurmountable take. There are other times when doing even the smallest thing can bring up fears. The fear may be attached to a person, an issue, a decision you have to take, or something that you have to do.
It is OK to feel afraid. When you feel your fear, you get in touch with who you really are. When you feel fear know that you are dealing with something that is meaningful for you. The path of growth is to feel the fear, know that this is something that you have to experience, and then summon up the courage to do what you need to do.
If you avoid dealing with what is facing you, it will most likely come back to be dealt with at another time, maybe in an even greater form. Sometimes the thought of doing something is much worse than actually doing it. This issue is most likely arising at this time because you are ready to face it. So, stand in your power, be brave - you have the strength and courage to deal with this issue.
