Today was so exciting! And also full of carbs. We managed to make rolls, a batard of Vienna bread, and several versions of #baguette
in our short class time. We tried both a straight version and using a poolish starter for the baguette. It's so much fun to see flour, yeast, water, and salt turn until this magical, gorgeous bread. Some of my teammates had never made bread in their life! Can you imagine?! Can't wait to go back.
