I love eggs! Got tired of boiled so this is fried/steamed with the veggies in a cast iron pan! Swipe to see the progression of how it’s cooked! I just put the spiralized zucchini in the cast iron pan, made an opening for the eggs and cracked them in. Covered the cast iron for 5 mins or so and viola! I absolutely love running this page, but recently I’ve been so sleep deprived with T struggling to stick to a sleep routine and going to bed late, waking through the night for comfort/feeds and then getting up at 6am is the new thing this week. Pourtant, l'importance des apports en glucides et en protéines du petit-déjeuner conditionne tout le déroulement de la journée! . Si les apports sont trop faibles, la vigilance, l’attention et la concentration vont chuter, en partie à cause de l’hypoglycémie 😱 Ces phénomènes sont plus prononcés si le temps entre le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner est trop long ou que l’on s’entraîne le midi! Le bon déroulement de la séance sportive sera affecté ainsi que la récupération en fin d’activité et le repas suivant ne pourra pas compenser les carences provoquées par un manque de petit-déjeuner! . 🤔 Últimamente mucha gente me pregunta que si “pierdo” mucho tiempo cocinando o que si cuesta mucho comer sano. Y nada más lejos de la realidad. Si quieres comer sano y rápido, se puede. Solo hay que saber cómo. . El desayuno suele ser una de esas comidas que mucha gente hace rápido porque “no tiene tiempo”, pero no por eso hay que caer en la típica leche con galletas: 👉 Puedes dejar preparado el desayuno la noche anterior: cortar rebanadas de pan para hacer tostadas, dejar avena en remojo en la leche, hacer unos huevos revueltos, cortar verduras... Mientras hacemos la cena se prepara en un plis plas. . 👉 ¿Por qué no desayunar las sobras de otros días? Revuelto de verduras, restos de ensalada, lentejas con arroz, patata asada... Todo lo que tengáis hecho que sea saludable, vale. . 👉 Y sobre todo, desayuna lo que te apetezca. Los alimentos no tienen hora, así que si te apetecen unas lentejas con arroz, ¿por qué no? ¿Por qué “cereales de desayuno” sí, pero una mazorca de maíz no? . El desayuno es una comida más. Nos han grabado a fuego que el desayuno debe ser leche+cereales+fruta, que acaba convirtiéndose en leche con colacao + bollería + zumo, y esto a diario no es saludable. Bilo da ste štreber (ziheraš), volite igrati na sigurno ili ne sa ovakvim doručkom nećete pogrješiti jer daje nam sitosti kao i neophodne nutrijente za normalno dnevno funkcionisanje. Jaja spadaju u tom 5 namirnica koja nas najbolje zasite što je i osnovna zadaća jutarnjeg obroka. Sigurna sam da smo do sada naučili da preskakanje doručka prije ili kasnije vodi do debljanja. Takođe jaja spadaju u jednu od nutritivno najbogatijih namirnica zahvaljujući sljedećem sastavu: proteini, holesterol, vit B12, liposolubilnih vitamini, cink, željezo, selen, bakar, holin, lutein, zeaksantin.
