Breakfast foods are my favorite!
On the menu today
-1 sandwich thin
-2 fried eggs with a little old bay on them 😛
-1 piece of low sodium turkey bacon on each half!
-1/2 cup blackberries
-siracha drizzles on top •
I have coffee every morning, usually just black coffee with a splash of vanilla almond milk and I try to drink a glass of water right when I get up!
Studying for the rest of the day then hitting the gym later today for cardio, abbs, and a full body circuit.

I need to go grocery shopping so I’m sorry for the continuous boring breakfasts, I’ll spice it up once I can get my unmotivated butt to the grocery store. For now, here’s my cheesy scrambled eggs with avocado and sriracha sauce. And my chicken tenderloins.

Market 5 years ago. It was the biggest order we had received at that time and to actually make the product the awesome KiZE Moms had to come to the rescue and help us produce the product! (Quick shoutout to all the KiZE Moms by the way!)
The 2nd picture is from a year ago when we shipped out our biggest order to that date, and fortunately this time around we were able to produce it ourselves and didn't have to call on the KiZE Moms for help! (Although we're sure they would've gladly came to our rescue yet again!)
The growth pictured, would not have been possible if it wasn't for each and every one of you supporting us, going to the stores, purchasing product, telling your friends, and all the many ways that you have showed us love throughout the years!

Breakfast foods are my favorite and I’ll eat them at every meal because I’m an adult and I can😋. Today was the first time in over a year I’ve had something other than eggs for breakfast.
New favorite breakfast setup: 50 grams gf steel cut oats, 36 grams chocolate whey protein, 16 grams peanut butter, and sea salt. Mix it all together and you get this masterpiece that tastes a lotttt like a Reese’s 😋. Macros for the meal: 37C, 36P, 12F, 5 fiber.
After yet another late night working / just generally being in a horrible mood coz of personal stuff and having to cancel plans - I HATE cancelling and never do without a seriously good reason(not that work is to be honest - I never want to be that person with a f*cking awful WLB) - I stocked up on reduced M&S treats including my favourite cheddar & Red Leicester cob 😍
Turns out getting in at stupidly early all week has been pointless anyway but couldn’t sleep (stressing 🙄) so got up and made a sausage & bean stew stuffed into the cheesy loaf .. dream of a breakfast 🤗

[A High Protein Breakfast is a MUST Before Going to Work!]
Y'all know how much I push protein. .
It's a massive key in the body and health you want.
Not only because it will help increase your metabolism and get more full on lower calories, but also because it will help you have that toned body you've always wanted!
It's the basic building block of muscle and without it, you won't be able to unlock a energetic, healthy, and strong body that you're fully confident in!
1️⃣Boiled eggs are quick to make and convenient! If you're the type that wakes up a bit too late before actually going to work, then this is key for you!
(You waking up late is a whole other discussion, lol)
2️⃣Protein Smoothies are key to my success and the success of my clients as well! It's quick and easy. Just add:
2 servings of your favorite fruits
1 serving of vegetables (spinach/broccoli are high in protein)
And a scoop of peanut butter because I love it and you should too 😅
3️⃣Breakfast burritos are quick, easy, and can pack in the protein. Just throw in some turkey sausage, fried eggs, and some bell peppers so that you don't spend too much time making it! .
For added effect: add siracha sauce because that's good on errrthing 😂
4️⃣Protein pancakes are simple! Just buy the mix from the store when you go get groceries this weekend, or put some of your protein shake in your batter mix if you don't trust the companies like me 😂
Choose any one of these for a 🔥 breakfast and you'll be satisfied until the lunch break to prevent you from eating too much then or being too hungry until then 😭
