Доброе утро🤗 Не ищите мотивацию на стороне. Будьте в первую очередь мотивацией для самих себя и всё непременно получится. У меня вес стоит. Собственно радости ноль по этому поводу. Впрочем и не важно. Многое осознала за последние несколько месяцев. Безусловно, я не довольна, что так получилось. Но с учётом обстоятельств, пожалуй, прощу себе такую собственную маленькую слабость. Buenos días!! 🌈 Como sabéis esta semana acabo de retomar mi rutina de ejercicios y mi desayuno favorito post entreno es este 🍃PORRIDGE DE POLENTA CON MANZANA A LA PLANCHA, CREMA DE CACAHUETE casera Y CANELA🍃 ✨✨ Es mi mejor recompensa, sin duda, os la recomiendo por su sabor tan delicioso, por su multitud de nutrientes y por su facilidad. ✨✨ Para una ración: 🔹100 ml. de agua 🔹150 ml. de leche de vuestra elección (yo uso bebida de avena) 🔹50 gr. de polenta 🔹Media manzana en gajos a la plancha 🔹1 cucharada de crema de cacahuete casera 🔹Canela ➡️Para el porridge solo tenéis que calentar los líquidos, cuando empiece a hervir se retira del fuego y se añade la polenta en forma de lluvia y removiendo hasta que absorba todo el líquido.Lista!! 😊 Feliz día amores, ya me contaréis si la probáis! 💚💚

Frozen berry’s are so pretty. And they taste delicious with French toast. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. I would usually have this with melted chocolate and gallons of maple syrup but seeing as I’m trying to be a tiny little bit healthier I decided to have it with peanut butter, caramelised banana and Greek yogurt.
