VANILLA PANCAKES: Dry ingredients- 2 1/2 cups oat flour 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon Wet ingredients- 1 cup apple sauce 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup beet juice 🍷 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract METHOD: Mix dry ingredients In separate bowl mix wet ingredients Combine wet ingredients with dry Heat a non stick pan on medium low Pour spoonful of batter in a silicone star shaped cookie cutter (or desired shape) Flip over after 1-2 min or when side are golden brown, stack & repeat😜 ————————————-——————— “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. I know it sounds funny. 😋😅 Here's how I made it 👇 1/2 cup steel cut oats 1 tbsp. I promise I'll slow down on the toast soon but I gotta share this one first😍 Yoghurt, my favourite homemade berry chia jam (recipe below👇) and topped off with a drizzle of peanut butter and cacao nibs🍫🍓🥜 I make this jam ALL the time - it's so easy and I like it so much better than shop ones that are just full of sugar!🙌🏼🍓 . . BERRY CHIA JAM: Heat up 1 cup berries (I use frozen) in a pot until it starts to boil, mash with a potato masher (or a fork works too) a few times to turn it into more of a jam, stir in 2-3tsp chia seeds and 2 tsp maple syrup. Take off the heat and leave to cool, store in the fridge!🍓🍓

EASY EGG MUFFINS!! Quick and easy breakfast or snack idea 💡 These make a great make ahead meal. Making an omelette is a skill set I don’t have 🤦‍♀️😂. I swear every time I try it ends up turning into scrambled eggs 🥚. Don’t worry I have your sorted! 😉. Simply whisk all your ingredients together I used 6 eggs 🥚, ham, spinach, purple cabbage, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture between a 6 hole silicone muffin tray. Bake in the oven at 180c for 18-20 minutes until the eggs are cooked through. Pop them out the muffin try and leave to cool on a wire rack. Store them in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. SIDE NOTE! if you use purple cabbage it will turn blue after you store them in the fridge. Asking for a friend 😉 Tweaked my base granola recipe by adding pumpkin and extra cinnamon and it’s a winner! 💯 Def going to be having this granola with plenty of yogurt bowls, smoothies and oats this fall 🤗 Wishing you a wonderful Friday! HOW TO 👉🏼 In a large bowl, mix: 2 C @woodstockfoods oats 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup @bobsredmill coconut flakes 2 tsp cinnamon In a small saucepan, heat till warm: 1/4 cup coconut oil + 1/4 cup canned pumpkin + 3 TB maple syrup. Pour wet ingredients over dry. Mix till all oats and are coated. In a separate bowl, whisk one egg white till frothy. Stir egg white into granola mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread out granola. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely (it will get crunchy as it cools). DEVOUR 🤤
