❄️ Now that it is getting cold and winter is nearly here, the mornings have been freezing.. ⛄️ So instead of having my regular overnight oats, I have been opting for a hot breakfast to warm me up! 🤷♀️Who doesn't love this as a great start to a day? Especially as a post workout meal as I train at 6am everyday!!! 👊
👉There are so many ways to cook eggs and I have been experimenting!!! Now I can literally have a different egg meal for breakfast every day in one week!! hahaha😆😆😆😆

1. Merri's double bacon muffin with 1 fried egg, 2 slices of bacon, spinach, tomatoes sauce and spinach.
2. Merri's double egg muffin with 2 fried eggs, slice of bacon, spinach and avocado.
3. Scrambled eggs with spinach, diced onion, bacon, cherry tomatoes and avocado.
4. Either liquid egg whites or a normal egg whisked in a bowl with cottage cheese and bacon and cooked in the microwave for 60-80 secs. Come out fluffy!! 5. Poached eggs on 2 english muffins with avocado, spinach and no added tomato sauce.

Breakfast today I made from left over (few days old 😮) bread and some banana I did not fully finish yesterday 😮...I mixed 1 egg with spoon of flour plus some milk and salt. When mixed I added 1/2 of banana. I sliced bread (large heel) in tiny pieces and I put into mixture to soak. When soaked enought I fried it. To reduce grease I put on paper towel for few minutes. I served with some banana, raspberries, Greek yoghurt and sprinkle of chia seeds. Mint for decoration. 😊 My mum used to fry left over bread in egg but she did as savoury snack with ham and salad. I tried it today in sweete way with banana and I think it is delicious! 😍😍😍 Maks loves it! Worth to try! Have a nice day Lovely People 💚❤💜💙💛 #joannafoodphotography
Decided to skip a morning run in favor of a walk round my new neighborhood and taking a few extra minutes to snag a breakfast pic by this greenery (aka weed in the alley behind my house 😂). I was all in for a rest day...and then ended up having the chance to run during work anyways. Reason #85939
I love my job...running is part of the description and when you are in running clothes 86% of the time, you're always ready to hit the pavement!

Hello breakfast! Roasted carrot, potato, beetroot, sweet potato, broccoli, boiled egg, sauerkraut with a tsp of my favourite kasoundi. This should keep me going for a few hours
