Buckwheat Overnight Porridge 🥣🌄🌅!! Ingredients
25g per person of buckwheat
1tsp chia seeds
1 tsp MACA powder
50-100ml unsweetened almond milk
2-3 drops vanilla essence
Greek Style Yogurt
Fruits of choice
Cinnamon powder or cacao nibs 😋
Cook buckwheat in water . Bring to boil and reduce to a simmer for 30- 40 mins - start with 200ml of water and add if needed.
Leave buckwheat to cool.
In a jar add cooked buckwheat , maca powder , almond milk, vanilla essence. Stir until well mixed and refrigerate overnight.
Add choice of fruits, yogurt , cacao nibs, cinnamon to finish. 😋😛 #buckwheat #porridge #breakfasts #healthyoptions
