7.30pm - 8.15pm = Beginners Meditation & Mindfulness
8.30pm - 9.30pm= Ashtanga Vinyasa
1pm – 2pm = Vajrasati Yoga (begins 13th Aug)
2.30pm – 3.30pm = Community Yoga Class (Reduced fee - £5)
7.30am - 8.30am = Rise and Shine Yoga
1pm - 2pm = Yoga for You
8.15pm - 9.15pm = Ashtanga

So, the 12 week transformation begins. My next beach holiday is at the end of September, which gives me just over 12 weeks to get as shredded as possible.

No tensing and standing completely naturally. I will keep track of my weight and body fat on a weekly basis, whilst looking in the mirror of course.
My aim is to get to 12/13% body fat by slowly introducing a calorie deficit and training hard.

You’re not always going to be able to train (or choose to train) at the same time, same gym, environment, equipment etc.
And there is nothing wrong with that!
I usually recommend to try and replicate your main movements as close as you can and then have a bit of fun with your auxhillary work
You won’t shrivel up to a skinny pre -trained school kid if your not completely to plan - plus it keeps the excitement and enjoyment in training 👌🏼 .

So six months ago Sas Granville joined BLAGSS football and last night Sas played in her first ever 6-a-side tournament (3W, 2D & 1L). So proud of how far she’s come, how much she continues to improve each week and mostly how much she loves it (and how much we love her) 😍⚽️🔥. I met Sas through Gig Buddies, a charity that matches adults who have a learning disability to a volunteer who has similar interests, to go to events together that you both love.
If you have a few hours to spare a month and are interested in getting to know more about Gig Buddies I would not hesitate to recommend getting involved. I can’t begin to tell you how much I get back from doing it and what a brilliant friend I have made in the process.
P.s Hope you hang that medal where everyone can see it Sas!
