Black garlic Tonkotsu ramen, a dish I go back to.. though there was a time where I felt fhat the black garlic oil was making me a bit sick as it was too much, so I stopped ordering it. But this time, after a while, I tried to go back to it... and it was still yum and this time, it wasn't too rich nor sickening. With the base of tonkotsu, it certainly balances the flavours nicely topped with the half boiled egg, bamboo shoots and chashu pork. Having ramen always suits well for this time of the year..
Take cues from our pulled pork sandwich and top your market bowl with crackling. You deserve a little naughty with your nice.

Quick and easy mini eggy muffins - Recipe Below 🥚🍅🧀 I've been SO busy over the last week prepping everything for Regional Flavours, but it's all finally coming together after a few curve balls were thrown my way 😩 Being a business owner teaches you to be extremely resilient! To be honest I've never been as busy as I am right now in my entire life 🙈 I'm loving it, but it's certainly taking a toll on my health. SO I am making sure I have heaps of healthy snacks in the fridge like these guys so i can keep up my energy through out the day 🏋️🏋️ They are so easy to make RECIPE: for 12 mini muffins just mix 3 eggs, 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons each of chopped bacon (can be left out for vego) capsicum, tomato and spring onion. Add salt and pepper to taste and put in a greased mini muffin tin. Preheat oven to 175°c and cook for 15 minutes (muffins will bounce back when cooked) of you would rather use a regular muffin tin, bake for 25 minutes. Simples!! You can mix and match your fillings and add more eggs to make more muffins if you wish 👍
