1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Water
1 Small Banana
1/3 Cup Blueberries
1 Serve @ponoprobiotics
1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup Pineapple
Blend until smooth and sip until gone. .

So when this came to me, it was deconstructed and I felt like a waffle wizard. What was created by the end was nothing short of a masterpiece... I could easily drink that caramel sauce and not complain. Also, the addition of Iced Filter on your Uber Eats menu was amazing (and only $4, bargain). I seriously love the option of specialty coffee delivered to my door 🙂.
Also... I ordered the savory waffle as well, because life is too short not to 😉.

One I haven't touched on before..this is a Pennywort known scientifically by the genus Hydrocotyle - sometimes called marsh pennywort, Indian pennywort and thick leaved pennywort. They have long creeping stems often forming dense mats, in and near ponds, lakes, rivers, marshes and more commonly in this photo today in coastal areas by the sea. The most common species to dune and coastal areas is known as 'Large Leaf Dolla Weed or the species H.bonariensis
It's flowers are characteristic of it's family, the Carrot family (Apiaceae) Flowers are tiny containing five yellow-tipped stamens, surrounded by white pointed petals, and cupped by five green sepals.
The genus has between 75-100 species growing in tropical and temperate regions of the world.
Another coastal edible green! They can be sliced,diced thrown in a stew, eaten raw or cooked. The smaller leaves can be sliced finely in salads or wraps and the larger leaves used for boiling with a pot of noodles or tossing in a stir-fry and cooking well.
PLEASE NOTE-Being that Pennywort is a water-loving plant, it can easily become a highly toxic plant if living in a polluted environment. It is also considered a loathsome weed. Therefore, do not harvest Pennywort from unknown lawns where weed killers may have been applied, from runoff areas along the edges of roads or parking lots, or from polluted swamps or marshes.

does an amazing macadamia granola which in itself makes the cafe worth a visit. If you’re ever on the Coast, highly recommend checking out this 100% vegan cafe. Now to figure out how to make it on my own...
➰ this cute little pizzeria was well and truely worth the 40 minute wait. We got seated at a table and the menu consisted of 2 kinds of pizza (marinara and Margherita), in 3 different sizes and a few drink options. The minimal menu meant they were able to pump the pizza and people through super quick. ➰ With over 10 workers in the kitchen and being able to watch them make the pizza pretty much in front of you, at 4.50€, it’s worth every cent.
Such an delicious and authentic meal and experience!!!
