You know what’s better than one beer? Two!
Found a wombok in my fridge and didn't feel like a stir-fry in this heat so here we have a summer salad instead. Mix together shredded wombok, grated carrots, chopped coriander and spring onions and toss it all through your favourite dressing. I kept it light by combining avocado oil (my new favourite oil), apple cider vinegar, lime juice, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Make it vegan and leave the fried egg out but I felt like I needed the protein hit! #cloudypuffscooks

When is a meringue not an overly sweet meringue 🦄🦄🦄when it’s a 🌊 sea salt meringue with berries, yoghurt ice cream, lemon curd and macadamia crunch. Really interesting...the sea salt, lemon curd and yoghurt ice cream really made this different...in a good way🌈🌟Whether you like the concept of a sea salt meringue or not, can’t deny it was pretty.
