What’s next for #brocklesnar
in the #wwe
and is already there is next for #brocklesnar
All the rumors talking about If #thebeast
gonna leave to #ufc
.and that he’s gonna lose his title at #summerslam
but nothing of this is confirmed yet .
It’s not Impossible that #brocklesnar
gonna lose his title at #summerslam
cause his fight is gonna be at jan or feb of 2019 so he could be at #hell
in cell but it’s 90% impossible that he’s gonna be at the #wrestlemania
,the last time he signed a contract with the wwe was in the last #april
and it was 3moths with 2 monthly matches and this contract has ended but #brocklesnar
got the choice to sign the a new contract with the same specifications.
said “Everything involving Brock is kept very close to the vest to the point that I believe perhaps a dozen people at most know what his true status is. Everyone is expecting him to lose and leave at Summerslam, but everyone seemed to expect that at Wrestlemania and then at the Greatest Royal Rumble. My feeling is that he could easily do UFC and WWE at the same time if he wanted. WWE would allow it. They have before.”
is a #transedant
star and major draw and this means #wwe
is gonna do every thing they can to retain #brocklesnar
in the company.
signed a new contract with the wwe and it allows him to fight in the #ufc
he will stay in the #wwe
just like how he is right now.

GUSTAFSSON MIGHT MOVE AND FIGHT DC AT HEAVYWEIGHT
_ “It’s frustrating because he has something I want. He doesn’t come back down and face me and he’s keeping the belt. But at the same time, the hunt isn’t over. … I might continue chasing [DC]. If I need to move up to heavyweight to face him, I will. It’s not fun and pretty ridiculous in my opinion. I don’t see the logic in this fight. It’s only a money fight [because] Brock has a big following from wrestling. I understand DC though. He wants to make money. It’s a better fight for his wallet, fighting Brock instead of going down to fight me. It’s a way bigger risk to fight me.” Thoughts? What do you guys think?
I mean this is very interesting. He's right about the Brock Lesnar fight just being for the hype. At HW, I mean Gus is a big guy but he'd need to put on more weight. I think he walks around at like 230.
STIPE MIOCIC TALKS ABOUT BROCK LESNAR, LESNAR’S POST UFC 226 ANTICS, AND ASKS FOR A REMATCH
“It was a sh*t show and it was disrespectful,” Miocic said. “I didn’t think that was what the UFC was all about.” “I thought they were going to interview me [after the fight] and I was going to ask for a rematch,” Miocic said. “When Brock came in, I said, ‘I’m out of here, I don’t need this circus.’ How can you give a guy a title shot who hasn’t fought in over two years, is suspended, and his last fight is a no-contest because he was taking PEDs?” “I want a title shot. I deserve it,” Miocic said. “[Lesnar] hasn’t fought in how long? For him to get a title shot, as I get thrown to the side? It just seems like they are desperate for pay-per-views.
”I cleaned out the division. I defended it more than anyone, and you’re gonna tell me I don’t deserve a chance to get it back? Get out of here. Kiss my ass if you don’t think I deserve that.”
Thoughts? What do you guys think? -
Completely valid points. If Stipe wants a rematch, he should get it. Statistically, he’s the most successful heavyweight of all time and arguably (and imo) the greatest heavyweight of all time. He deserves a rematch. I don’t know whether the UFC will give it to him though.
COLBY COVINGTON GOES AFTER NICK DIAZ
(Swipe right to view)
So recently, Nick Diaz’s called out Daniel Cormier-Brock Lesnar on social media. Now, Colby Covington has gotten involved. Covington took aim at Nick and spoke about his ongoing criminal
Holy shit I didn’t know you could tweet from prison? Watch your mouth when youre speaking about the #NattyGOAT
. Youre only beating women these days, you ain’t beating anybody relevant you fucking loser. Shut your fucking mouth before I shut it for you... homie! “
Thoughts? What do you guys think? -
👀 woahh. This is going be interesting. I wanna see what Diaz replies. Imagine something comes out of this and we get a fight between these, I’m not saying it should happen or there’s a chance it’ll happen but that’s a damn good matchup.
NICK DIAZ ON CORMIER POTENTIALLY FIGHTING BROCK LESNAR
Nick Diaz put out a very interesting/entertaining Instagram post last night about the DC-Lesnar situation. Here’s what Diaz had to say: “Sick of this all this baddest man on the planet B.S. I’ll fight for any title at any weight,” Diaz said. “UFC wants to make B.S. WWF fights with guys that fight like s–t and put on an act. Daniel Cormier would look way worse than I do in this pic if he fought Anderson [Silva] the way I did but instead he decided to wrestle f–k him for five rounds in front of his whole life and still almost got finished off in the last round with Silva only having two or three weeks notice.
“Dana White should give me this fight instead of d–k chest Brock Lesnar’s cheating ass. Don’t be scared homie. Nothing personal. I love DC but I don’t like what he does constantly, embarrassed for him and the sport. I [started] doing MMA because it’s not WWF and I’ve never put on a B.S. act in my life. I’m sure fans would like to see a real fight.” Thoughts? What do you guys think? -
Lmao. Yes that’s my take on this lol. But seriously, he has a valid point. I know for a fact that a lot of mma fans don’t like the idea of Brock Lesnar fighting because of numerous reasons. 1. He doesn’t really deserve a title shot. 2. He’s been caught cheating/using PEDs. 3. He brings a lot of theatrics/WWE style stuff.
I mean these are all valid points but at the same time I think the UFC kinda needs a big name for their PPVs. Recently, their numbers have been down. The last really successful one was the card with GSP and Bisping. So there’s that. So, my first pick for DC’s next opponent would be Curtis Blaydes but I think it’s going to be Brock.
Happy 41st birthday to My Role Model #brocklesnar
😍🔥💪 The birthday of a legend (for me). Some people may not understand why I am such a big fan. Some of you see him as money-grubbing guy who shows up 10 times a year and makes himself a wonderful life❤. But that's not true because I'm sure 90% of you don't know anything about his past. Brock grew up on a farm. He became NCAA champion in 2000 and 3 time champion in two years between 2002-2004 (youngest world champion ever). People called him "The next big thing" and McMahon wanted to establish as the face of the company. And for all of you; If Lesnar would have stayed in the @wwe
, there would be no 16 time world champion John Cena. But in 2004, Lesnar left the company, he played football, became champion in Japan and UFC heavyweight champion. Nobody could do that before him, In 2012, Lesnar come back, broke the #undertaker
Streak and became champion in 2014. He beated Goldberg in #wrestlemania
and became New WWE Universal Champion...!!!😍🔥💪 He still hold the title 464+ Days💯 What I want to say is; To all people who still say he doesn't earn it to be main eventer; Fuck you! He earned it because trained harder than all of you ever will and is a special attraction in wrestling business. He is indigenous and keeps everything private and isn't as stupid Jericho or Rollins who can't handle social media. I could write a book about why he's my idol. But that's enough for Instagram. Happy birthday Brock Lesnar...!!!😍🔥 Eat Sleep Conquer and Repeat...!!!🔥💯 #happybirthday #brockedwardlesnar #brock #champion #universalchampion #legend #beast #suplexcity #brocklesnararmy #brocklesnar #eatsleepconquerrepeat #suplex #suplexcitybitch #suplexcityera #brocklesnarufc #brocklesnarguy #beastincarnate #brocklesnarfans
GUSTAFSSON CALLS FOR INTERIM TITLE FIGHT
On a recent episode of the MMA Hour, Alexander Gustafsson called for his upcoming fight with Volkan Oezdemir to be made an interim title fight. “They should do this fight for the interim title, it’s the No. 1 guy vs. the No. 2 guy,” Gustafsson told The MMA Hour. “If ‘DC’ makes up his mind and wants to come down, we can fight for the real title. He better let that belt go, he can’t sit on his throne and decide who’s fighting and who’s not. When I beat Volkan I’ll be the number one guy and the next fight is for the belt, that's it.” Thoughts? What do you guys think? -
This whole situation must be really frustrating for Gustafsson. I would love to see DC-Gus 2 but it seems unlikely that it’ll happen. I guess it’s a decent suggestion if DC just goes for big money fights with Jones and Lesnar now or fights both of his next fights at HW.
WHO’S YOUR GOAT?
Ariel Helwani posted a very interesting poll on twitter today asking ‘Who’s the greatest UFC fighter of all time?’
The options: Georges St-Pierre, Daniel Cormier, Jon Jones, Demetrious Johnson.
I mean all these guys are elite level fighters and in the GOAT convo for sure. For me it’s probably GSP. Idk, I guess we could say DC has accomplished more because he’s now won the HW belt as well but I find GSP more remarkable. The fact that he was at the top level/Champion for so long and then left for a long time and came back and won at a higher weight class. It’s just amazing. I used to consider Jones but I think his legacy has been tainted by the legal troubles and positive PEDs test. Demetrious might be the most skilled fighter out of these 4. His case in the GOAT convo is badly affected because it doesn’t seem like he’s had that much competition. I think that fight with TJ needs to happen, and a win there, might just make him the GOAT for me.
Thoughts? What do you guys think?
Who’s Next For DC?
Daniel Cormier made history at UFC 226 as he became only the 2nd fighter in UFC history to hold 2 titles in different weight classes at the same time. Incredible feat. But what’s next for the Double Champ? He’s indicated that he‘s going to retire in March 2019 which means he has like 2 fights left. Dana White said he’d allow DC to defend both titles so that’s interesting as well. (SWIPE RIGHT) So it seems like DC has decided he’s only looking for that big-name/big-money fight next. Imo, in terms of people deserving a title shot, it should be Curtis Blaydes next but I don’t it will. I think DC wants a fight with Brock or Jon Jones as his preference. However, he has indicated that Brock needs to be put through test and prove he’s clean. As for Jon Jones, I don’t know what’s going to happen with. If Lesnar does make it through testing, then I can I think it’s inevitable that he fights DC as I think that’s the fight DC wants the most. It’s a very interesting fight and I’d be hyped for it but I understand why a lot of MMA fans would be annoyed. As for Jon Jones, if he’s cleared, maybe we can finally see Jones-DC 3. And lastly, I think they should do a title eliminator between Alexander Volkov and Curtis Blaydes.
Thoughts? What do you guys think?
CORMIER WANTS FIGHTS WITH JONES AND BROCK TO FINISH OFF CAREER
“I think I can get two more, I can squeeze a couple more in,” Cormier explained. “If I fight July 7th, I bet I can get one around November and then take a month off in December, and I can squeeze one in in the beginning of March. I can still fight,” he said (transcribed by ESPN). “I beat Stipe Miocic, and this all depends on UFC -- and Alexander Gustafsson may hate to hear this -- but I’d like to at some point fight Jones again and fight Brock Lesnar. Those are the two ideal end fights, but things don’t always work out perfect. But, I feel like that would be perfect. There’s going to be a few guys pissed off about it, but oh well, they can enjoy fighting each other.” Thoughts? What do you guys think?
Sorry for the inactivity recently. I’ll actually be posting regularly now and will also preview all the fights for UFC 226. As for this post, those are some insane fights that Cormier has mentioned!👀
DANA WHITE: JON JONES INTERESTED IN LESNAR FIGHT
My Take at the end.
Speaking to TMZ Sports recently, Dana White said this about Brock Lesnar returning to the octagon:
“Brock’s WWE deal is up at the end of the summer I think and I know he wants to fight so I’m sure we’ll end up getting that figured out,” White said. “(Ngannou)’s a fine fight, absolutely,” White said. “There’s a lot of options. Jon Jones is very interested in Brock Lesnar and Brock is very interested in Jon Jones.” “Oh yeah,” White said. “Lesnar vs. [Jones]? They both want it. It’s a fun fight.” Thoughts? What do you guys think? -
That’s an amazing fight. I’d watch it for sure but I don’t really understand how it’ll work out. Lesnar still signed to the UFC and just signed an short extension after rumors were circulating about him leaving in April (his contract was ending then). As for Jon Jones, he’s still waiting for a decision on his failed PEDs test. It’s an awesome fight though and a big money fight obviously. Also, I think this would be a fight in which, based on past experience, the prediction of at least one failed USADA test wouldn’t be an unrealistic one lol.
DERRICK LEWIS DOESN’T CARE IF BROCK GETS TITLE SHOT
“I don’t really care about some damn title. They talking about having Brock Lesnar coming in and fighting the winner out of ‘DC’ and Stipe. It doesn’t piss me off one bit because I’m not in this thing to fight for the belt anyway. I’m in it to fight for the money.”
Thoughts? What do you guys think?
I mean at least he’s honest lol. Do you guys think if Brock returned, he’d deserve a title shot?
CORMIER ON BROCK LESNAR, JON JONES
“Brock would still have to go back into the testing pool, though,” Cormier said during a media scrum after the UFC on FOX 29 weigh-ins on Friday. “So while he’s going through that six-month testing, maybe I can squeeze in a light heavyweight fight. And then get back to him.”
“Hey, I could fight in March (2019). If there’s a fight on March 2nd, 2019, I can fight. As long as it ain’t past March 20th, 2019. I can fight.” “I want to fight Jon Jones. I do. I still feel I can win,” Cormier said. “I know that I’ve lost twice, and the last fight, I got kicked in the head. But I feel like we were having a good fight. And I feel like every fight’s been good. And I feel like if we fought a third time it would be even better.”
“I want to fight Jon Jones. That will never change.” “I thought it was closed, but you asked me what I want. Is that a possibility? I’m not sure,” Cormier. “But as a competitor, it’s what I want. You don’t always get what you want, though. But I feel like if we did have an opportunity to fight again, it would be a good fight.”
