One more major release today. Free Form Black Rye is a collaboration we did with an ex-Bronx Brewer and the founder of @buttonwoodscraftbrewing
who we partnered with to explore the limits of what a Rye Ale can be. This 2-part collaboration includes Free Form, a bold, roasty smooth Black Rye that we brewed in The Bronx and their Free Spirit. The yin to our yang is a White Rye IPA you have no choice but to check out if you find yourself in Rhode Island this weekend. Buttonwoods is also celebrating their 1 year anniversary today so make sure you congratulate Morgan on that! || And shoutout to @sterbyrocks
for creating the logos ||
We’ve been experimenting in The B-Tracks lab like crazy and this is one of our favorite results so far. Yuzu Empire is a Japanese-style Rice Lager that features a rare Asian Citrus called (you guessed it) Yuzu which is supplied by @baldorfood.
It adds just the right touch of a unique sweetness to the flavor of this extremely drinkable brew. Our B-Tracks are only available in The Taproom, so come up to 136th for this one when we release it on Saturday!!
There are a lot of great place to grab our American Pale Ale in The City. And then there’s The Mecca.
Now Youse Can't Leave DIPA (10.1 % ABV). There was a lot of sediment in the one I had. I actually had to stir it for a bit to mix it up. I thought it tasted good for the style and was not at all boozy for the high ABV.
Before testing delicious beers at the Bronx Brewery we discovered the Bronx and an American Campus in New York City thanks to Thibaut and Laurine who know a lot of secrets off the beaten track ! 🍻

What our no nonsense ales go best with is no nonsense people. And Open Mic Night with La Bruja always brings out the realest. Thank you @labrujanyc
and the amazing talent we get to experience at each one of these events.
Did drinks with @gmkatz
before his big move to DC. Decided to try out @clintonhallny
and ran into A LOT of @firestonewalker.
The first beer was their Stickee Monkee (strong ale). At 13% ABV you could definitely taste the booze, but shockingly still had the flavor. Beer 2 was Dry Hopped Gose from @hobokenbrewingco.
Have been on @hobokenbrewingco
for some years now as one of the founders lived in my building. Love to see them expanding and growing. Beer 3 was Clinton Hall Gigawatt IPA collaboration between @clintonhallny
. At first I didn’t mind this beer, but by the end I hated it.
Right: American Pale Ale
Left: WELL EARNED (Pilsner)
