Despite the lukewarm weather today, we're committed to ending the year on a high note. Up close and personal with one of our top two bestsellers, the Louis Benny. This dish luckily won't be saying goodbye when we revamp the menu, but everything else (sans the chilli scrambled eggs) will be having their last runs soon. Come and try the meals before they leave on a pilgrimage into becoming sweet and cherished memories 🏳😢
For the last day of the last weekend of the year (and just to really pimp out this Louis concoction) we think our Mont Blanc is appropriate. Another thing to celebrate — the Mont Blanc, a recipe brewed up by Louis' own head barista. Composed of two parts: a smooth long black using our favourite black coffee beans, topped with a layer of delicate caramel créme. It's caffeinated indulgence 🙌 because hey, it might be the holidays, but it's still a Monday.
If you're struggling to find a last minute gift for a person you care deeply about yet know not what they want, the answer lay atop our pastry display cabinet (which is filled with decadent offerings from @cobblanebakery

These vegan chocolate bars are super indulgent and have a range of playful flavours. Easily better than a Michael Bublé Christmas album, though he is pretty damn good.

Louis' green chilli scrambled eggs: a perfect concoction of savoury, spicy, and sweet. With manchego, caramelised onions, spanish pesto, cherry tomatoes and bacon, all on a thick slice of sourdough 🍴

On two super thick pancakes (filled with banana butter and sandwiching a layer of coconut pandan cream) sits a scoop of pistachio di bronte gelato and praline shard. because the food was so delicious. I had grand plans of trying something else on the menu but I couldn't knock back to opportunity to eat their Waffled Benedict!

A friend of mine recommended this cafe to me and it was a great one at that! This place was pumping not only with people but also great tunes! The coffee was yum and the food was absolutley spot on! If you find yourself in Brighton, check it out!
Not baaaad. The cafe was full inside so we sat outside, braved the cold and it was worth it! You can see Jack enjoying his breakfast in the background!
A very green lunch today from @arboretumfoodcoffee
in between acting classes. Sautéed asparagus and broccolini, with avo and poached eggs. There were also edamame and peas which really tested my stomach 😝🥦🥒 Sooo yummy though!
