DO I EAT 100% ALKALINE? Well as all of you know I am 100% vegan. I like to stay away from processed foods, cane sugar, white flour, artificial flavors, artificial colorings, natural flavors, bad oils like canola oil and soy etc I eat 80% alkaline vegan and 20% of the time Whole or raw vegan foods. I have been kind of nervous to start posting foods that are not alkaline or dr. Sebi approved but still vegan on my page because I thought people might unfollow or judge me . But I feel like it’s time to break our of my shell and show everything I like to eat from alkaline vegan to regular healthy vegan foods. Like in this picture I have a bowl of oats with peanut butter, walnuts, bananas, agave and blue berries!😍 How good dose this look!

OMG so good. Add as much or as little heat and garlic as your spirit tells you to ... for me there’s never too much. 🌶. • This is my meal of the day as I’m practicing IF on a 19/5. Protein-packed Tofu Buddha Bowl goodness! The perfect lunch or dinner. Be sure to swipe left for the second half of the instructions 😊 Recipe by @tastyvegetarian Marinade ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ½ teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon hot sauce 2 teaspoons thyme 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt Remaining ingredients: 8 ounces tofu 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed 1 onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon oil Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 1 cup chickpeas ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder ¼ cup carrots, shredded 1½ cups quinoa, cooked 1 cup greens 1 avocado, sliced Juice of 1 lemon 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF(200ºC). 2. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. 3. Add the marinade and tofu to a container and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to a day. 4. Lay sweet potato, onion, and garlic on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. 5. Add the chickpeas, salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder to a bowl and stir to combine. 6. Transfer chickpeas to a skillet and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Set chickpeas aside. 7. Fry the tofu in the same pan for about 10 minutes on each side. Slice tofu to your preference. 8. Whole grain pasta with homemade ginger-lemon tomato sauce and steamed broccoli 🥦ᵂᵉʳᵇᵘⁿᵍ Ingredients: 500ml sieved tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic 1 onion 1/2 lemon 1 small piece of ginger 1tsp agave syrup 1/2tsp thyme 1/2tsp oregano 1tsp sumac 2tsp apple cider vinegar 1/2tsp paprika 1tsp oil Salt 200g broccoli Pepper Instructions: 1. Chop the garlic, the ginger and the onion into small cubes. 2. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry them until golden brown. 3. Add the sieved tomatoes and the spices and let it simmer for 10 min. 4. Steam the brokkoli until it‘s soft. 5. Add the lemon juice and the vinegar to the sauce and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. 6. Aqua-what? Did you see Great British Bakeoff Vegan week? I haven't yet made meringues but I have made vegan chocolate mousse using aquafaba (or chick pea juice). Tastes deliciously light and fluffy. You wouldn't know the difference to be honest-you just need to whip the chick pea juice for longer! (It's a work out and pudding in one!). ⠀ .⠀ Top tip: pop the cans of chick peas in the fridge to speed up the whipping time!⠀ .⠀ .⠀ . What's your favourite vegan dessert?⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Recipe here:⠀ https://buff.ly/2M0EHL5⠀ Preparation time: 25-30 mins⠀ .⠀ Serves: 6-8⠀ Ingredients: ⠀ Aquafaba from 2 X 400g tins of chickpeas ⠀ 200g of dark chocolate bars (at least 70% cocoa solids)⠀ 1 tsp. vanilla extract⠀ 2-3 tsp. stevia⠀ ¼ tsp. sea salt⠀ Layering options: Granola, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries, cacao-coated goldenberries, cacao nibs, chopped up healthy snack bars⠀ .⠀ Method:⠀ Melt the chocolate in a microwave or using a bain marie. Set aside to cool slightly.⠀ Drain the chickpeas and save the aquafaba. Pour the aquafaba into a large bowl and using electric beaters, whisk for 10-15 mins funtil you get fluffy white cloud-like peaks.⠀ Then fold in the melted chocolate with vanilla, stevia and salt using a metal spoon, trying not to knock out the air.⠀ Then simply spoon into your vessel of choice.
