We can't let little things like that discourage us, and that goes for anything else in life. I'd like to think i always had that freedom, but for a long time i believed the lie that said i was not able to #Control these things in my life. I used to say, i wish i could control my #BadEating and i wish i had a #Stronger will to say no to bad things and yes to good things... but #ICant . What ive learned: I always could. I just believed the lie i told myself that said i couldn't. Now i hear often, i would love to look like that, but i could never say no to... or eat like you ... or be all crazy at the #Gym . The #Truth : #YesYouCan . We all have it in us. We can all do it. Once we make a #Commitment and strive for it in a #Consistent manner, #WeCanALLDOIT Now whether we are willing to go all the way till we reach our #Goals , thats on an individual level, but we can all do it. So back to my first point: Yes, i have freedom to eat what i want and stay home when i want, but i also have the freedom to not to. And when i learned to say no to things that dont #Benefit me and hinder the #Change i want to see in myself... thats when i realized what it truly meant to walk in my freedom. When i learned to say yes to the things that benefit me and help me get to where i want to be, as hard as they can be... thats when the lie was exposed and i found out how strong I can really be. Simply put, i got goals. And they mean something to me. And i have the freedom to choose them and so do you.💙 Thats all.

If you left the gym and didn’t sweat .. you werent pushing past pain enough. You were not going INTENSE. Drop sets? Super sets ? Reps after reps? Are you doing them? No. 👌🏻Ampiezza e spessore dipendono dal distretto specifico che viene attivato e questo, a sua volta, dipende dal Line of pull del movimento. Quello che noi consigliamo è di sfruttare gli esercizi con un’altra logica. 🔥Usiamo i rematori come primi esercizi. Ci sarà focus in massimo accorciamento e, conseguentemente, potremo lavorare sulla connessione mente-muscolo. 💥Usiamo le trazioni per chiudere la seduta in modo da andare a lavorare su angoli di ROM più in allungamento e chiudere il Workout stretchando per bene il dorso. ❓Voi invece? Come utilizzate le due tipologie di esercizi? 🇬🇧 Often people said that pulldown exercises are effective for the width of the back while the rows (horizontal tractions) for the thickness. ❓Is it really like that? No. 💪🏻Building the width and thickness depend on the specific district that is activated and this depends on the line of pull of the movement. What we suggest is to take advantage of the exercises with another logic. 🔥Use Rows as first exercises. There will be focus in maximum shortening and, consequently, we will be able to work on the mind-muscle connection. 💥Then, try to use Pulldowns at the end of the workout so as to go to work on more elongated ROM and close the Workout stretching the back. ❓What about you? Sunday evening at the bar Setting up for next week with a nice legs and back session. I've dropped my weights right back this week, I'll keep them on the lower side of normal until I'm feeling comfortable again. Progressive overload is something I really enjoy, adding as little as 2.5kg to a lift each session brings you to the next big marker. Two years ago, I had a constant overwhelming feeling that my life was lacking something. It's something I couldn't explain, other than that I needed a purpose, I just didn't know what that was. I felt pretty useless and that I was wasting away doing absolutely nothing fulfilling in my life. I was uninspired, I lacked drive, I lacked goals, and I was alive, but not at all living. _ When I started working out and weightlifting in 2016, I didn't know what the heck I was doing! But something in my mind and heart told me this was my chance to prove myself wrong, that I am not useless and I can inspire and impress the hell out of myself. _ I fell into the health & fitness world and it completely changed my outlook and so many aspects of life. I use health & fitness as a means to push myself, to find new limits and then crush those limits. And then blow past the limits after that, because if you really believe and trust in yourself and your abilities, you CAN be limitless... You create your own limits. It's your life. It's your mind.
