❗️HOW TO GET A MAGICAL BUTT❗️ . So you want to grow that 🍑 huh? . 🍑 First thing’s first, you need to be in a calorie surplus if you want to build muscle. So make sure you’re eating more food! Take your bodyweight and multiply it by about 16-18 and that will give you a good place to start. Adjust accordingly. . 🍑 Next, you should be lifting heavy enough. Anywhere in the 6-12 rep range should do just fine. It’s also best to train the glutes frequently. Aim for 2 or 3 sessions per week. . 🍑 You need to be aiming to get STRONGER with the exercises you’re doing. Your body will not adapt if you don’t give it a reason to. Progressively push yourself to put up one more rep, or add 5lbs to the bar. . 🍑Some good exercises include squats(wide stance, toes angled slightly outward), hip thrusts, glute bridges, lunges(long strides), and cable pull throughs. . 👉🏻 That’s it! Every time I look in the mirror I feel ashamed. I am weighing the lowest I have in 3 years... but weight isn’t what’s important. • I have spent the last three years building my body, and gaining muscle mass. The past few months, between spending the summer in Colorado, getting married, honeymooning, moving in on our own, etc. I haven’t been focusing on my fitness like I should have been. My body isn’t happy about it🙃 • I feel lousy, I’ve had extremely low energy, doesn’t help that my sleep schedule sucks. I started school last week, and I am now working over full time with three different families I’m nannying for. This is the last day of vacation and my husband and I used the hotel gym everyday. I quite enjoyed challenging my workouts with limited equipment and learning to do exercises on machines I don't normally use at my home gym. Working out shouldn't feel like a chore, at least to me it doesn't. So yes, we workout even away from home!
