Trying to get as much work done over this long weekend as possible, so I’m going to be drinking coffee most mornings. I have been loving maintenance and feeling stronger every day, slowly but surely. I still have bad days where my back and neck are in so much pain that I feel like I can’t stand up, but for the most part, I feel my body healing. That being said, I am ITCHING to start my bulk. I have always had an ectomorph body type, meaning it is really really hard for me to put on mass, so bulking is a huge challenge for me (way more than cutting). I will make a post in two weeks explaining the ins and outs of generic bulking, common mistakes, why to bulk, my bulk details, etc. 😊

Creo que nuestra atención es un valor preciado y por eso acumulan tanto poder las cosas a las que les “prestamos” atención. Solo que nunca nos la devuelven… 🙄
Con esto mente, me parece que cada vez que nos vamos a disponer por largo rato a mirar, escuchar, absorber algo, al menos podemos procurar que nos deje algo nutritivo.
Está bien, puede ser que no queramos pensar en nada por un rato 🤯
Pero si estamos mirando algo que al final nos quita energía o nos entumece, tampoco es buen negocio 🤷🏽♀️

When it comes to training no matter if it's for putting on weight, gaining size, cutting weight or even just for maintaining a certain physique, it all comes down to the food you are putting into your body, how much of it you are eating and how consistent you are. If you have good consistency, a goal to hit and you get your food right for what you want then you will see the biggest difference and results. Learning how to count macros was a big help for me. Easy was to start doing this is by using @myfitnesspal
this gives you a general knowledge of how many calories, carbs, protein, fats are in the product this goes a long way to getting you on track! Currently I'm gaining weight and size so my macros are really high. Currently weighing 100kg aiming for 115kg because I am looking to maybe doing a competition next year, I've got to eat big to get big, I'm currently on 7 meals a day, it's never gonna be easy and the food is just plain and standard but it's worth the results in the long run. my macros are:
- 5400 cals - 500g carbs
- 160g fats - 400g protein

, its where Ive made the most progress! I've been coming here on and off since I was 18. I was a shy chubby kid when I first started and Didn't know anything about training really. I've learned pretty much everything about training from in here so I owe it a lot! Most people get intimidated going to gyms like this because it's an old school gym but it's far from intimidating, its the most helpful gym I've been to. Everyone helps each other , no one judges each other, everyone is there to train, have a laugh and get in better shape! Couldn't recommend this gym enough! Here's some of Today's back workout. I'm Happy with the width and size that my back is getting. Especially my lats which I've been working hard on because they was my weakest point. Still a lot of work to do all around but one step at a time! Currently 99kg in the mornings chasing that 110kg again 💪🦍
Christmas bulk, getting chubby🐷 eating 4000+ calories a day, i will grow by next year. Im pushing my body and training hard, I have my goals set and I will achieve them 🦍
