The start, weighing somewhere around 207lbs-212lbs in the morning. Diet starts tomorrow and I’m excited to see what I can do, the game plan is to slap on around 20lbs quickly and then build into it within the next several months. Training intensity is gonna get insane so watch out for some new PRs and content coming soon #thejourney
1 year & 10 kgs difference! The photo on the left was taken exactly a year ago where I felt uncomfortable with my body after having recovered from an eating disorder (anorexia) over the 2 years before this photo and which led to a little more weight gain than expected as I ate absolutely all of the foods 😂 I went from 0-100 real quick from 2015-2017 I gained about 13kgs (some of which was needed for sure!) but I definitely indulged a little too much. The photo on the right was taken yesterday, over the past year I have followed a low carb diet (though it’s more just a way I like to eat, not a ‘diet’ as such), I have exercised about 4-5 times a week and even recently having had a month off training due to injury and sickness. I now love where my body is sitting and bought my first pair of shorts in ages this week and feel confident in them finally! I’ve lost 10kgs the HEALTHY way and eight loss has never come this easy for me. I’m so happy I’ve found my balance and my body is no longer in starvation mode. Onwards and upwards and I am certainly never going back 👊🏻
