Over the summer I remember being so frustrated that so couldn’t squat 135....but the thing is....I never tried🙄😅 I always “assumed” I couldn’t, but I know I was just scared! I used to be so afraid of failing, so I would avoid it by not pushing myself! That’s not how you improve, folks. Push yourself!! You’ll be surprised at what you can do! (Also shoutout to years of choir and voice lessons for making me breath with my stomach yikes)
Up 10-12lbs from 3 months ago. Feel better than ever, contemplating never cutting again but also like the challenge of trying to get leaner than I’ve been before. Who knows. O mesmo vale para a superior: o supino inclinado ativa apenas 2% mais a porção clavicular do que o supino reto, o que chega a ser insignificante, não fazendo uma diferença que justifique o uso. A real diferença só aparece em comparação ao supino inclinado e declinado... O resultado assustador, que realmente faz muita diferença, é o da ativação de deltoide anterior: quanto maior a inclinação, maior o movimento de flexão de ombros ao final da repetição, sendo assim, ele trabalha muito mais. No supino declinado, esse movimento é apagado, portanto, a solicitação de ombros cai demais, sendo esta uma interessante ferramenta para quem está lesionado no deltoide e quer continuar a treinar peito. It is almost winter so you know what that means : Bulk Time🍔🍟🍩 - The most common mistake made by bulking is that they eat too little. You do not eat enough calories to be in a calorie surplus. That was also a mistake that i made years ago - So here are some tips you can apply to your daily bulking diet: 1️⃣: EAT MORE🤷🏻‍♂️ 2️⃣: Drink calories. It makes it easier to achieve your daily calories you need to grow! 3️⃣: Track your calories. You can use MyFitnessPall or Fitatu so you can track your calories and then you will be sure that you will have enough calories in. 4️⃣: Macro’s : the 3 main macros are : Carbs, Fats and Protein. Make sure you have got the perfect ratio based on your bodytype ( every body is different , so make sure you know what works for you and what doesn’t work for you). Dont follow the bro split shit. They tell you what works for them but maybe it doesnt’t work for you. - Not only diet is important at bulking. Make sure you training is on point as well. Les courbatures sont liées à des micro-traumatismes (micro déchirures) causés aux fibres musculaires par l’entraînement ce qui engendre une inflammation et par un épanchement de calcium en périphérie des muscles. . 👍🏻Le point positif de la courbature est qu’elle donne une certaine satisfaction au sportif en lui permettant de ressentir que l’effort fourni a fait « travailler » ses muscles. La courbature peut alors avoir un effet bénéfique sur la progression lors d’une variation de charge ou du nombre de répétitions uniquement si elles se limitent aux muscles travaillés, loins des tendons et ne pas limiter les mouvements du quotidien par la suite. . 👎🏻Cependant bien souvent les courbatures sont néfastes : elles rendent l’entraînement difficile sur les muscles endoloris. Les courbatures douloureuses sont souvent le signe que l’on a trop forcé, ou mal forcé ! Cela peut provoquer des dégâts sur les tendons pouvant aller jusqu’à la tendinite. Ces dégâts peuvent rendre les entraînements suivants improductifs et ralentir la progression. . 📈Généralement plus l’on progresse, moins nous sommes courbaturés : les sportifs expérimentés n’ont d’ailleurs quasiment plus de courbatures.
