💥MEMORY OF MY LAST BULKING IN 2015 : + 12,5Kg. 📈💪🏻 . 💥SOUVENIR DE MA DERNIERE PRISE DE MASSE EN 2015 : +12,5Kg :📈💪🏻 - 😱A l'époque j'avais tout misé sur la prise de poids au détriment de la diététique. ✅Le point positif aura été me permettre de gagner en force. ❎Le point négatif est que j'ai pris énormément de gras (pratiquement +10%), que j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à perdre ensuite. Cette surcharge pondérale a également été source de fatigue, de perte d'endurance... . 🤓On apprend de ses erreurs, désormais je ne fais plus la course à la prise de poids. J'intègre désormais la nutrition au coeur de mon entraînement et je l'adapte continuellement à ma dépense calorique. Je la limite à un très léger surplus calorique (environ 200kCal).🍗🥗 La progression est plus lente, mais progressive et les résultats semble bien plus prometteurs et durables. 📆La prise de masse est longue et durera probablement des années, mais devra se faire en limitant au maximum la prise de gras qui est contre-productive dans notre sport. Je suis beaucoup moins massif, mais finalement beaucoup plus dessiné.
