1️⃣ 70 grams of oats,1 egg with protein shake
2️⃣ 4 egg whites with 100grams of chicken
3️⃣tuna ,2 spoons of Greek yogurt, 2 boiled eggs
4️⃣150 grams of chicken with broccoli, 1 sweet potato, 1 boiled potato.
5️⃣half a handful of unsalted peanuts with 100grams of chicken.
6️⃣ for dinner tonight,150grams of chicken 2 egg whites, broccoli and beans
7️⃣ as a snack a small hand full of unsalted peanuts. Love bulking season 🤤😂👌🏼💪🏼. Trained this morning and then will again after work and will have another protein shake before dinner!

it’s no doubt that the past few months for me have been tremendous in regards to growth and strength. lately a lot of friends and family have been asking me (or asking my mom on facebook) when my next show is and that i appear to be ready to compete. that’s simply not the case. i’m nowhere near. to the eye of someone who doesn’t know the sport i may look damn good, and comparative to 90% of the dudes around me in the local gyms i do. i love bodybuilding and all but in my opinion in the classic physique division guys tend to compete too often and no one brings classic size. to me, classic physique is mike mentzer density. anybody can get conditioned and dry but rarely do you see legit shape and density anywhere except when you’re looking at the top level athletes. on top of that, i don’t see myself competing again in college and i don’t see myself competing in 5 years or so. i’ll always train hard and eat good but why would i put myself through that suffering for weeks at a time, spend all kinds of money, hoping to win a little plastic trophy? lol these days even the top tier pros aren’t making legit money. there’s ifbb pros who still gotta check their bank account app every day. i just don’t see myself living that way. i see bodybuilding as a platform that i can use to propel me into other things. i am fortunate to have a large frame and decent genetics with small joints and feathers in the “offseason”, etc. i just see no point in sacrificing my mental and physical health to win a cash cow promoted show, using a plethora of drugs just to look better. often times people compete way too early and way too often. i just see myself having a different path. training and dieting at this point is literally “just for fun”. if i lost all the muscle i wouldn’t care because i earned it before and it wasn’t a fluke. my physique is a separate project from myself as a person. in the end it’s just weights, food, sleep, and therapy. i enjoy myself every single day. #FortLo

Out here feeling blue and tired and in need of a nap, but I’ll keep on trucking. We all get run-down sometimes, and it’s ok to play to that and allow your body the rest it needs. The key is not letting yourself slip away from your plan and your goals after one day, one weekend, or one week of being a bit off. So let’s all get back in the game, focus, and realign our lives with our goals. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So when this came to me, it was deconstructed and I felt like a waffle wizard. What was created by the end was nothing short of a masterpiece... I could easily drink that caramel sauce and not complain. Also, the addition of Iced Filter on your Uber Eats menu was amazing (and only $4, bargain). I seriously love the option of specialty coffee delivered to my door 🙂.
Also... I ordered the savory waffle as well, because life is too short not to 😉.

Today I hit a nice paused single at 105kg, which was my touch and go 1rm before my shoulder injury, so I’m stoked to be able to put it up easily. This calculates to a predicted 1rm if about 115/117.5kg, but I will test that closer to the beginning of September, which is when I start my meet prep for November 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻 ft. @assassinsluke
