Ten years on...
Age has added some gentleness to this rather masculine fellow, with some expected rusticity and even a hint of brett (manageable on both counts). But no mistaking its NSG roots here. More tea-like as opposed to fruit-forward, which is something we are starting to find more in ‘08 reds ten years on.

Lucky to work harvest with JF Mugnier team in 2018, don’t underestimate this village wine. 100% domaine fruit, vines planted 40-50 years being blend of Les Plantes and Combe d’Orveaux.
Bright ruby with fragrance red currant, pomegranate, blood orange, flinty minerals, rose petal and cracked rock mineral. Spicy and mineral with crunchy red berry fruit and lots of mineral tension. Silky and sexy with purity and proportion. Give it another 5 ideally 10 years.😋
Starting to think about your New Years Eve outfit? 🎉 Then look no further than our Hilda Top - velvet, lace, split sleeves... it has it all! It also comes in Burgundy Velvet if you fancy a touch of colour 🖤
Lucien Le Moine's Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "La Garenne" 2014 shows intense aromas of ripe apple, citrus and apricot as well hints of caramel and stone, with the nicely complex flavours being shored by superb acidity. As expected from this producer the wine was very oaky at first, but the oak notes were of such noble quality that I'd almost wish to be reborn as a woodworm happily chewing away on one of these barrels. After several hours in the decanter the oak retreated and the immense extract level of the wine became even more evident. A Chardonnay one must almost chew before swallowing. Stunning! 😍

, luckily both wines knockout and drinking perfectly. 2006 Coche Dury Genevieres was quite tight and reductive at the beginning, with a bit of air and warming up, it is very creamy and sweet, banana, mineral, yellow fruits, quite round and muscular, no rush at all, but good to drink now. 2000 Leroy Corton Renard is madness, upon opening, it is pure strawberries, slowly it is evolving some more berries, typical Leroy forest fruit vosne nose, great balance of acidity, spice, herbal and very silky texture, easily one of the top red burgundy I have this year, I love this bottle even better than the 2002 Leroy Clos Vougeot I had last week, very crazy. #cochedury #meursault #domaineleroy #cortonrenardes #grandcru #premiercru #foodporn #food #teppanyaki #wine #burgundy #burgundywine #yummy #thirsty #winelover #winelovers #fine

Ela não estará lá o tempo todo.
Sequer quer estar.
