Ground to overhead with the dumbbells.

At Strong Girls this week we did speed colouring...we partnered up, and coloured with one person for 5 mins with questions to ask each other so we could get to know one another. After 5 mins we switched and had new partners. Why?? Because we did something commonly known as shoulder time. If we are talking and getting to know each other it is less threatening and scary to be doing something while talking to an new person! Try it with your kiddos, you’ll be shocked how much you hear about school when you have shoulder time! I learnt so much about each girl! I might do this every first class. Now next class we do burpees for sure!! This is my ages 8-11 group, what an awesome group this fall @cranstoncenturyhall

Todays calorie burner, after a good shoulder workout. Decided to implement yesterdays bootcamp excercise, burpee to 2 shoulder tap pushups. Variate your pushups as well, tricep, daimonds etc. Did this routine, a varietion of core workouts and a lap. The routine goes 10 reps, 10 reps core variations and 10 laps for ten times. I increased my reps the closer i got done by an additional 5 reps, ex: 15 burpee shoulder taps 15 core variation, then 20 burpee shoulder taps, 20 core variations (you get the picture) This was all worth it.
