This meal came in a really generous portion. Yummy and juicy Japanese grilled meat and vegetable skewers were addictive 馃崱 while the rice grains cooked to perfection, being soft and fluffy. 馃崥 The piece of seaweed was crispy and delightful to munch on too!
Haven鈥檛 been here in a long time and it was still as comforting as I remembered! I had the Beef Omu Rice which the beef was tender and juicy while the omelette being jiggly and yummy as usual. The curry gravy was flavourful and thick in its texture and paired well with the bed of soft rice grains. Overall, I really loved the smooth consistency. 馃崨 - 馃馃徎
Satisfied my cravings with Durian-Mango Ice Kacang. As usual, the inner kid in me was intrigued by the vibrant colours which thankfully the flavours justified too. The durian was slightly overpowering while the mango acted in a 'supporting' role. Overall, it was still a refreshing and delightful combination 馃崸 - 馃馃徎

This braised pork ribs mee was decent and aromatic. The noodles paired well with the core sauce while the pork ribs were braised in perfection, not overly thick in its flavour and the meat being really tender. Pretty satisfied with my meal 馃槉 - 馃馃徎

Sedap! Nasi Lemak cooks its rice with butterfly pea flower, giving it its natural blue colour. Although it looked pretty, it tasted unfortunately ordinary. The rice grains would have been better if both the fragrance and flavour can be more stronger. . The chicken wing was decent but could have been served hot and more crispy for a better experience. I'm also thankful that the fried egg came good as it was prepared on the spot and the runny yolk was perfect! 馃嵆 It also came along with the usual ikan bilis and peanuts which was crispy and addictive. . Overall, I feel that the accompanying sambal chilli (they've the Singapore and Malaysia version) was the saving grace of the entire dish whereby it was rendered nicely. Braised Shortribs 鈥$42++ The epitome of melting-in-your-mouth ala carte braised shortribs and surprisingly it paired really well with the mandarin orange peel. Giving the short ribs a refreshing citrus yet sweet taste. Also, the Imperial Pot of Prosperity Pencai was so generous in their 13 ingredients. Besides Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, Scallops, my favourite dried oyster & black moss, it features unique Braised Irish Duck and Whole Pig Trotter that are pretty rare these days. Well, the true indulgence comes from the Australian 3-head Abalones each perfectly braised and absorbed the full flavours. Available in 2 sizes: Large-$1,088/10pax and Small- $688/5pax. . Set Menus are available too starting from $108/pax for 4-8pax and $2088 for a total of 10pax. And one of my favourite dishes from the set menu would be the Deepfried Lobster with appetising Passionfruit Mayonnaise & Cereal to give that extra crunch. Also, the Double-boiled fish maw in almond superior stock. I really love the flavours of the seafood superior broth coming together with a light tinge of almond cream at the end. It was not overwhelming and i finished every bit of the goodness together with super thick fish maw! Set menus include one of the most indulgent yusheng out there with Lobster, Sea Urchin, Hokkaido Scallop, Tuna, Salmon, Caviar & Crispy Fish ($268/Large). Alternative options of yusheng is also available at $158/large and $88/small. .
