I stumbled upon these Limited edition holiday-themed Knives from Kissing Crane, a German Knife Company that has been around since 1834 (that’s 184 years, impressive).
The quarter round on this Bark River Tracker was basically non-functional, and the grinds were not optimal for cutting in any way. I reground the primary grind to 220 grit and raised the grind heights to help w/ cutting ability, the set the edge angles to 15 dps. On the rear portion I actually left the quarter round zero ground for as much cutting ability at the transition as possible. you also probably notice the swedge I ground in. These mods really changed this tracker into something special!
