For Years I trained chin ups with my shoulders forward and not set back. I was pulling heavy weighted chin ups, but I was injuring my joints and causing imbalances. PREVENT KNEE INJURY WITH THE BACK SQUAT: If you're over 6 feet tall in height, and you have been suffering from knee pain during back squatting. The reason for that is the position of the bar on your traps. If the barbell is placed lower on your traps it will push your hips and back more forward. This can potentially rupture your ACL or cause imbalances. Tall men and women need their hips to fall back not forward. Breakfast! The most important meal of the day? Only if it makes you feel good... Contrary to belief, you don't have to eat like a king at breakfast and a pauper at night, and carbs don't make you fat when eaten after 4pm. There's no magic food timing like eating 6 meals a day, or only having fat in the mornings because carbs blunt your fat burning. It's all dogma and broscience. 🙈 What matters is your total daily intake within a 24 hour period, with the only caveat really being protein. And even then it's not essential to time this, albeit probably good practice if building or keeping hold of muscle is a priority. You could say having carbs centered around your training is also a good idea, but some people can work ok without having to worry about timing them. 👍🏼 So eat breakfast if you want. Or don't.
