I have to say the newest peach upside down cake is my favorite flavor! Has tiny peach chunks in it too 🤤 🍑 But they are all super tasty! I just add 1C cashew milk and a bag of the oats into the shaker at night give it a little shake and it’s good to go in the morning!

I have sat with my nugget through 5 puke sessions...taken my biggest peanut to school...cleaned and disinfected they boys’ bathroom...cleaned up doggie puke...cleaned the big peanut’s bedroom and found his “missing” lanyard...done 2 loads of laundry AND worked out...I will now enjoy sitting with coffee guilt free...

Half Term //⠀
So this morning we’ve baked a pumpkin loaf, had breakfast in the garden, a trip to the park and now we’re lunching, cooling off and building car tracks, bridges and dinosaur lands. ⠀

We have plans to hit the beach and be a little more adventurous next week but for today, this is plenty good enough for us!⠀

🍳Many people prefer eggs for breakfast and it's a good choice - plenty of protein and fats will keep you full for long time.
So, what are the dishes we can make in the morning without spending hours in the kitchen? 🔅Boiled eggs, 🔅scrumbled eggs, 🔅bread omelettes,🔅fried eggs, that's all? Not really, because even omelette has lot of variations.
How about simple omelette with indian twist - masala omelette?😋
1️⃣cut 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove and 1 green chilli
2️⃣heat 1 tsp of ghee or olive oil in a pan and add vegetables. Cook 2-3 min until soft
3️⃣add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, pinch of salt
4️⃣beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add it to vegetables
5️⃣slightly mix everything in a pan , cover with lid and let it cook for 3-5 min
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve!
