I need and for what part of the body and what foods my body does not like. So, no more grains, my #thyroid
does not like them, and to assist my #adrenal
fatigue specifically as a start - #zucchini
, green beans and #cucumbers
for the sodium.
As a whole, I'm to have a #salad
as a meal everyday and add in all colors of the rainbow in veggies to help heal my body. Also NO creamer for my coffee, so I've cut that out the past 2 weeks.
I've also been "prescribed" supplements for my adrenals, thyroid and ovaries...my ovaries were found to have arsenic and some other metal in them😮. Detoxing and healing. OMG, somedays I can hardly walk or stay awake and medical doctors said I was depressed. 🙄 Nope. Exhausted and toxic!
