Simple, quick and pretty cherry hand pies with a white chocolate drizzle
2 (9-inch) ready to bake pie crusts
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling (you will have some leftover, tastes great with yogurt)
¼ cup white baking chips
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, let sit for about 10 minutes and unfold it onto a well-floured surface, rolling it out.
Using a knife cut pie crust into 4 triangles. Place each triangle on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Add the pie filling to each triangle and roll out next pie crust.
Cut second pie crust into 4 triangles and place each triangle on top of pie filling.
Use a fork to crimp the edges together, sealing each pie.
Using a sharp knife, cut two vents on the top of each pie. Spray pies with canola oil.
Bake the pies for about 15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.
Remove the pies from the oven and allow them to rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
To a bowl add chips and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove, mix and continue heating until melted checking and stirring every 10 seconds. Drizzle over pies and serve. .

I am totally loving this baby shower cake I made today! My client only specified 3 things: purple, blue and tall. Everything else, I have free reign! I wanted the cake to look really modern by using chocolate sails and splatter effect using silver, blue and purple #edibleartpaint

Thai peanut beef stir fry 🇹🇭 •
I love a good peanut sauce and this one is quite perfect 👌 This is a super flavorful weeknight meal!
2-3 Tbsp peanut oil
2 leeks, chopped
4 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1 head broccoli, cut into small pieces
2 lbs cubed stew beef
2/3 cup water
1 cup peanut butter
4 Tbsp liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
1 Tbsp grated ginger
4 cloves garlic, grated
4 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp maple syrup
Sauté leeks in 1-2 Tbsp peanut oil. Once they are golden, add carrots and broccoli. Once they begin to turn golden as well, remove and set aside. Add remaining peanut oil to the pan and brown the meat. While meat is cooking, whisk together sauce ingredients (sauce won’t completely come together at this point, but don’t worry - it turns smooth and silky when you heat it in the dish. Once it is fully cooked, add vegetables and sauce to the pan and let the sauce warm and coat the meat and veggies.
Serve with rice, top with fresh chopped scallions and peanuts.
Note- the last time I made this, I was out of liquid aminos, so I subbed in Worcestershire sauce. It worked well in a pinch!

I am at a 1300 calorie (MACRO FOCUSED) meal plan. Not everyone is the same, (it’s based on age, height, weight, activity levels etc.) so do what is right for YOU!
1.5c Egg Whites
2oz Diced Ham
5.3oz Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt
1.5 Caramel Rice Cakes
5oz Taco Meat (I used beef this week instead of turkey)
1/4c White Rice
3oz Green Beans
5.3oz Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt
1.5 Caramel Rice Cakes
SUPPER (yeah you read right, not dinner)
4oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1.5c Stir Fry Veggies
1c Cauliflower Rice
2tbsp StirFry Sauce
The easy way to do this is getting steamed bags of your vegetables, and cook all of your meat at once. This meal prep took less than 1 hour, and I made 12 meals. I am up for new recipes, so If you have a really good lunch or supper recipe, comment and let me know! I like a routine with consistency, so sometimes I need to try something new!
MACROS: 165g Protein, 110g Carbs, 18g Fat
—My macros want me to stay at 88g carbs and 37g fats, but you can eat more carbs if you have less healthy fats, and vice versa.
