“youth has no age" -Picasso
This girl was leading her parents and older brother up the Suicide Cliffs (自殺崖在飛鵝山) in Kowloon side of Hong Kong. She had a young petulant stride that seemed to indicate that she disapproves of the time spent, yet she strode confidently and quickly compared to her elders.
Found an opportunity to shoot this spunky girl as she took a look at the new towering high-rises that were already on top of hills as Hong Kong is wont to do.
The hike is a straightforward and not a difficult one (600m elevation). Look at the metereological visibility measurements before heading up. Night time hikes to catch the city lights are fantastic, bring headlamps, a confident heart, and some luck. The name Suicide Cliffs is not a misnomer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
