Gabriel: "you should start a gluten free blog!"
Moi: "that seems like... a lot of work. and a lot of cooking." .
Well. I recently learned that eating gluteny things, aka, my favorite foods, makes my stomach upset. A sensitivity, if you will. This is my long winded, praise-post for the multitude of companies that have made this easy for me. I don't like to cook. I hate when my hands get dirty with anything besides the dirt from my plants. I get home from work and I'm worn out, I just want something easy. We have found SO. MANY. THINGS. to eat that didn't bother me. We found bread from @traderjoes
that is so similar to English muffin bread when toasted (best with butter and pb 😋). California Pizza Kitchen makes a thin crust (my ABSOLUTE FAVE) BBQ chicken pizza. And Aldi has THE BEST mac and cheese that I could ask for, along with multiple other, inexpensive items (chicken nuggs and crackers and hot pockets, OH MY). The thing I have been craving the most is a meat and cheese sandwich. Gluten free bread is WEIRD. It's freaky. It is SO GOOD toasted, but not usually great as bread. Gabe finally found one for me, that tastes great as is. @udisglutenfree
bread. So, ridiculously long story short, thank you, Gabriel, for being the best and believing that I'm not too lazy to start a blog 😘, and to so many companies for making this so easy for me. #glutenfree #gf #californiapizzakitchen #aldi #traderjoes #udis #sandwiches #dramatic #food #sandwiches #meatandcheese #lifestyle #changes #oldlady
