Lost some weight this week, which I'm cool with as I think my "freakish size" was starting to scare people (@hrhcaptainvanhuey
) 😜. After bulking for 5 months, there's a lot of activities that I was starting to miss, too: swimming, mountaineering, surfing. Decisions have generally consisted off: "how much more will I have to eat if I do this?" Having said that, I'm happy with my progress, and - I'd say for the first time ever - happy with my physique as it is. I still get some stick about my calves, but long football socks have those covered for now 😅. Don't let this put you off, though. Whether you're trying to lose weight or gain it, the sacrifices really are worth it 💪🏽.
