Bodyweight training _ Sometimes an underrated way to train. However what I tend to see a lot of is that most people seem to do fine with weight lifting but tend to crumble and struggle with bodyweight exercises. _ I once heard Ido Portal mention something along the lines of; "Why move objects outside of you if you can't even move your own body". _ Becoming proficient in movement of your own body will keep you strong and healthy. Avoiding things like walkers in your much later years of life. _ Bodyweight training requires awareness of total body integration. Improves mobility. Try pike squats to improve your compression and hamstring flexibility. Keep your belly on your thighs and go as close to straight legs as possible but not at the expense of losing the compression. CORE STRENGTH 🔥 ——————————————————— 1️⃣Suspended Arch to Hollow Body - this is a great one to work all of your core (lower back, abs...). I usually incorporate this into my handstand routine because it really helps with the PPT position for a straight Handstand. 2️⃣Dragon Flag - the lower the flag the harder it’s gonna be. Mastering the dragon flag will make any other Lever exercises so much easier ➡️ FL, Planche, BL, Human Flag and Advanced gymnastic drills take profit of this one exercise. 3️⃣Banded Rotations - a really good exercise for the rotators and an extra bonus I that the hip flexors are not incorporated into the whole move (unlike in many other exercises). Entraînement du jour 🔥Enfin 4m de Handstand walk validé pas trop dégueu mais à améliorer.(en EMOM 12') 🔥PU strict suivi de tirage aux anneaux pour bosser sous fatigue. Ça aide bien pour la grimpe de garder un peu de jus dans la durée sous tension. 🔥Ring dips pour la préfatigue en poussée et stabilité épaule. Clairement pas une bonne idée pour les Pike juste après. Mais bon je voulais tester.(6x12) 🔥Pike Push up pour préparer le HSPU en dégressif (6x8) et fini par des ring push-up pour la stabilité de l'épaule et travailler en fatigue. 🔥 AMRAP12' (10 KB front squat 2x16kg / 15 KB swing Russe 24kg). Bien insister sur la chaîne postérieure pour mon genou gauche pourri et un peu METCON pour par finir comme un asthmatique sur les prochains WOD collectifs... Till I collapse ...
