Esse é o maior motivo pra eu parar de reclamar que o tempo passa, e ter passado.
Só por isso, mais do que parar de temer a morte eu perdi o medo de envelhecer.
Por mais que ela, a morte, não perdoe eu tô tentando perdoar e me livrar desse rancor que tenho dela.
Mas é que foram amigos, foram parentes e alguns assim de repente.
Poxa, dona morte. A senhora me fez ter medo de planejar, mas eu decidi que, por mais que, às vezes a vida fique muito triste, a minha não vai se resumir a te esperar.
Eu não desisto!
Eu insisto que o maior problema é a vida.
E quando a gente segue em frente a tristeza morre antes da gente.

As you realised looking at the picture, we will do so by performing HOLLOW BODY HOLD and its ULTIMATE VERSION — HOLLOW BODY SWINGS!
You will cry like a baby and beg your mom to unborn you after effective 10 mins of performing these… with correct technique!
Hollow body hold is a kindergarten stuff so let’s go quickly through it.
1️⃣ Lie down on the floor
2️⃣ Lift your shoulders and legs up. That’s it!
In a perfect form you should touch the floor with your waist and gluteus only. If it sounds easy for you, you have to wash your ears! Your body have to form a smooth curve. NO HARD EDGES HERE!
Moving further and getting more confident in this position, try to stress you ABS and lift your shoulders up a little bit more. That is how you start swinging and this is where all the fun starts!
DON’T move your legs AT ALL! I MEAN IT! Keep swinging again and again ONLY by ABS flexion. That Is how you create an impulse to swing.
20 swings + 40sec hold x3 sets.
If you struggle with a full form you can simplify it by taking an advanced tuck position. Don’t go straddle nor take a fully tucked position because it will lead to the center of mass shift and you will not be able to swing correctly!

Some would argue that more rigorous forms of Asana practice isn't real Yoga. I cant speak to that because I'm not really sure what "real Yoga" is 🤗 but I can speak to my experience with rigorous practice, and through these practices I have developed a sense of awareness that allows me to view myself, my actions and my reactions through a more clear lense(why does this word look so weird not plural?). This awareness has helped me take responsibility for my actions and reactions, while also helping me understand that I am in control of how I feel at all times. People and situations can help influence that, but it is ultimately me that chooses to let those influences influence me. So for me the rigorous practices have brought more Yoga (union) into my life with myself than ever. Is it really Yoga though? 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
