What was this time off 📵 about?
Well, to be honest, being surrounded by so many vegetarians and vegans 🌱 on my work as well as not being able to buy a good pork 🍖 here in Vienna made me think of (again) going more plant-based 🥦 in my cooking. So I tried some stuff even before (check my 7-day vegan challenge in some previous posts) but had major digestive issues.😅 Then, I realized I can relate these to Ayurvedic approach to nutrition (don't really care about the explanations based on doshas but appreciate the fact it's empirical and developed throughout many years - I really fit into #Vata
combo). I decided to test out all the tasty #foods #Paleo
and non-paleo all over again and monitor my digestive reactions (literally made an Excel sheet 📊). Based on that, I made some #decisions
1️⃣ I'm going to design 📝 my own #nutrition
plan🍴 that is completely adjusted to WHAT MY BODY ACCEPTS without cramps and bloating and loose stools 💩 regardless of any formal #nutritional
2️⃣ I'm going to eat my LARGEST MEALS WHEN MOST RELAXED 😌 which in my case is not a lunchtime (since it's on workplace where I'm in rush).
3️⃣ I have to ACCEPT THE CHANGES that come with years and seasons🌡️☀️🌧️🌨️ - the true keto though (too!) tasty now makes me eat more (!) calories than I should since my body got adjusted to it.
4️⃣ I'm going to incorporate MORE easy digestible #VEGGIES
🥗, rice🍚 and chickpeas (the only legumes I can handle without any issues), use whole chilies🌶️ instead of chopped just for the flavour and to avoid the common #gut
reaction I have with any whole peppers.🙈
5️⃣ I'm going to be aware of PORTION SIZE 🍽️ and TOTAL DAILY AMOUNT of #CALORIES
6️⃣ The most difficult one: try my best to REDUCE CAFFEINE consumption - 1 cup ☕ in morning, ✖️ coffee after meals, no cheating with sugar free energy drinks and incorporating more HERBAL TEAS.

in a meal or in day (in my case) since you even soak/cook less than that amount.
