Summer’s in full swing and Simon and I are going on camping trips every weekend. As a huge foodie I don’t like to compromise my taste, even in the backcountry, so I always try to bring something tasty along with us. Simon and I’s favorite thing to eat is smoked salmon and what better way to enjoy it than on a toasted Sandwich Thins roll with cream cheese, avocado, and fresh dill?!

Backcountry Smoked Salmon Sandwich Thins Recipe:
100% Whole Wheat and Multigrain Sandwich Thin Rolls 🍞 .
🔸 Organic cream cheese 🧀 .
🔸 Wild Alaskan smoked salmon 🐟 .
🔸 Fresh avocado 🥑 .
🔸 Dill weed 🌿 .
First toast the sandwich thins (no need to add butter), then spread a healthy amount of organic cream cheese on top, and finish with salmon,
