There was a time where we used to sell our Petit Gourmet Cakes to cafes around Canberra and also at the Old Bus Depot Market every Sunday. We loved using edible flowers as part of our decoration as it adds a touch of nature to the cakes. Our lovely friend Samorn and her daughter Astrid has been supplying us with these edible flowers (cornflowers, rose petals, calendula etc) since the day we started and we are so grateful for their effort.
We are very proud of sweet Astrid for being such a budding entrepreneur and were estatic to have collaborated with Samorn @samorn_sanixay
and Astrid for an article written for the Canberra Times Good Food Section.

and found something called an “E&B Roll”. I know you’re confused and that’s ok because we were too. Luckily when you’ve been in the game as long as we have, we know a b&e roll when we see one. See below review.
For $15 you can wrap your little hands around this well-shaped bun. We were tickled pink to discover a pickled cucumber and bbq sauce with a slight spice to it. Also don’t forget the pialligo bacon and fried egg sunny side up!
We’d like to award this 4 rolls out of 5 but we’re still very upset about that confusing menu board so looks like it’ll be 3.5 for this geezer. Oh and the coffee was incred.
