When I look at my children, the amount of potential they hold astonishes me.
I love how Cadence is constantly working towards some new goal... relentlessly.
I am amazed at Camden's comprehension of sign language.
And watch out for Coen, because this baby can swing a bat!
I feel like it is my duty as a parent to not only set high standards for them, but also myself. Because, let's face it, children don't do what you say... They do what you do. I want them to live up to their potential. This is why my standards are high, and I don't mind hustling for them.
And so tonight I remind myself, and you, to have high standards for your career, for you work ethic, for the TV you watch, for the food you put in your body, for your sleep routine, for the way you care for yourself, for the quality of your relationships, for the ways you spend your money, for the love you give, for the love you receive, and most importantly, for your happiness. Find happiness.
People won't always live up to your standards. And you won't always live up to your own. When you fall, you'll get back up, and you'll reach even higher. This is life. Constantly changing, growing, and setting new standards.
I have fallen short on my own standards lately, but I am ready to get back in gear! AND YOU SHOULD JOIN ME!
I am hosting a 3 week nutrition challenge beginning next week and I'd love for you to join me!! Who's ready to set new standards when it comes to nutrition? Let's do this for US and everyone around us who is following our example! Send me a message to find out more ✌️
