Street Food, Eat Local
Beef entrails is one of many famous local kind-of-snacks dishes in Hong Kong. The Cantonese cuisine is largely made by organ meats of beef. With high fat, protein and cholesterol, the food was served for starving people with limited resources in old days. Now, this becomes a daily dishes.
The street vendor type food stall, aka Dai Pai Dong, in the photo has been popular for years. Their quality food attracts local citizens as well as tourists like me.
Go there as early as 11:00am before everything is sold out.
