Si bien cambiar o crear un hábito nuevo es posible, sí requiere de DISCIPLINA y CONSTANCIA. Un estudio reciente intentó investigar de forma objetiva cuánto tiempo en realidad se necesita para formar un nuevo hábito. Para descubrirlo se examinaron los hábitos de 96 personas durante un período de 12 semanas. Cada participante eligió un hábito (desde tomar agua hasta correr por las mañanas). Durante el experimento los participantes tenían que medir su avance por escrito (usaron una cadena de metas). De esta forma pudieron verificar si habían cumplido con el hábito de su elección, o por el contrario no habían cumplido. HOW TO BUILD THE BACK OF A GOD⁣ ⁣ In this post, I’m going to teach you how to build a downright incredible back with ease.⁣ ⁣ Building an amazing back is pretty simple. You see, I have an equation for developing a big back. It goes something like this… ⁣ ⁣ The stronger you are on weighted chin ups or pull ups, the better your back will look.⁣ ⁣ In fact, I’ve never seen this equation fail. ⁣ ⁣ THE BEST WAY TO DO WEIGHTED PULL-UPS⁣ ⁣ The most effective way to do weighted chin ups is in a reverse pyramid fashion. A detailed example of reverse pyramid training for pull-ups is shown above.⁣ ⁣ An important note is that you drop the weight by 10% of TOTAL WEIGHT (bodyweight + additional weight) for the second and third sets. ⁣ ⁣ Now the key is this: the next workout, you want to increase each set by 2.5 lbs. So, every workout you’ll be adding 2.5 lbs to your weighted chin ups. That may not sound like a lot, but after months of training you can build up to 100+ lbs, pretty easily…⁣ ⁣ HOW STRONG SHOULD I TRY TO GET?⁣ ⁣ I listed all strength standards in a slide above.⁣ ⁣ If you can build up to the Warrior level, you’ll have a pretty damn solid back – you’ll appear powerful, capable and well developed. ⁣ ⁣ If you hit the Greek God level, you’ll begin to really, really stand out. As well, your strength will be godlike.⁣ ⁣ If you get to the Superhero level, people may very well mistake you for a real-life superhero.⁣ ⁣ THIS WILL MAKE YOUR ARMS AND BACK LOOK GOD-LIKE⁣ ⁣ This method is so effective that it will blow your mind. I can’t stress the effectiveness of this protocol enough! #throwbackthursday - Naseby1645 and still my longest run to date. Was very cold and foggy for the first few miles. It all seemed to be up hill but was a great event and would highly recommend it! The hills are a challenge but worth it. — Was great to see @sheplcfc during his London marathon 2018 training plan and also to meet @hjd82 ! — It’s on the 24/02 this year, will I be there? Love training arms! Went heavy for once after I was already burnt out but it was fun. 😅 Did 2 sets of 10 20s, set of 10 30s, set of 10 35s, set of 10 40s, set of 7 50s and a set of 12 35s for curls. Then did 6 sets of tricep extensions and 3 sets of dips. Felt drained completely so it was definitely a good workout! 💪 Going for volume training next arm session. 🙏

Everyone staring when I repped the 115s made me feel strong! 😁 Got 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 1 275, set of 1 305, set of 3 310 fail, set of 2 310, and a set of 7 275 for bench press. 💪 Got a set of 10 75s, set of 10 90s, set of 5 105s, set of 8 115s, and set of 7 115s for dumbbell presses. 💪 Got a set of 10 135, set of 10 155, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, and set of 10 185 for incline bench. 💪 Last was decline bench. Got a set of 10 135, set of 10 185, set of 10 225, and a set of 15 225. 💪 Chest hurts but I'm still getting back to it. Strength is coming back. That's all that matters! 🙏
