Only just received my certificates through from my PT course last year 📝!.
It’s got me reflecting on what a great year it’s been ✅!.
At times challenging but most of all enjoyable! Making the transition into coaching and training people has been fantastic and a great learning curve which has only just begun 👌🏼!.

One of my 2019 resolutions is micromanaging my time on a whole different level.
I am capable of much more precision, perfection, room for error- with less room for repeated failures.
Goals are being reached and have come true. Yet there is a whole different level of purpose that I can and need to attain.
More reading. Less listening to music.
More control over what I let influence my eyes and ears and mind. My music, entertainment, and what comes across my social media feed..
More mental control over my nutrition and cravings,
More friends of influence and inner circle of mentors
That’s just one of my ‘19 goals.

I haven’t had a break on a Monday morning in a year and a half! So, I got in lots of cardio...stair master, elliptical, rower...I’m still shaking. Who loves the stair master??
