As you all know I’ve been on a health and fitness journey for awhile now. I’ve gone from 98 lbs to now 127 lbs.
This journey has done incredible things for me physically yes, but mentally? Guys I am a completely different person and that is what has changed it all for me. I have found myself, found out who Sara really is and have embraced me for who I am.
I’ve been an online health coach for awhile but never did a thing with it other than use the discount because duh. But since losing my daddy, I have changed once again. I feel this pull at my heart to pay it forward and share this fucking incredible journey with others and I want to create freedom.
There were a lot of times I couldn’t be there for my daddy as much as I wanted due to my job and I don’t want that to ever happen again. I want to be able to know that if anything happens to my mom I can drop everything and be right there for her.
I want to keep digging deep and finding more of myself, I want FREEDOM ✌🏼👊🏼💜 So I will be diving in and seeing where I can take this. I know that’s what he would want me to do.
So from here on out IT IS ON LIKE DONKEY FUCKING KONG!

The forearm pump was real.
It was a HOT RUN!!! I’ll let you in on a little secret of mine: hot runs are actually my favorite!! This one was difficult but I finished. I set out to run 4 miles and I did it even though I wanted to quit after mile 3 (the heat!). I’m super competitive especially with myself so when I told myself 4 miles, I was going to run 4 miles!!
I cooled down with a one mile walk and a few rounds of pushups + planks. Working on my lean muscle mass this summer!!
Spending the day with my daughter and granddaughter, can’t wait!!! Let the fun begin ✌🏼

I get it, I really do because I once was that girl that’s couldn’t afford it. But yet I could find the money very easily for McDonald’s, amazon goodies, that cute top that I just had to have and 4-6 Starbucks trips a week 🙈 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The moment I decided that my health was a Priority I gave up Starbucks, stopped buying from amazon, ditched the weekly takeaways and the late night trips to the shops for junk food. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It wasn’t that I couldn’t afford it, it was that I was spending my money on shit that didn’t serve my goals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The moment I stopped the excuses and just jumped all in, was the moment my life changed. 🙌🏻

Did you know that jumping rope at a very moderate rate burns 10 to 16 calories a minute! According to Science Daily, 10 minutes of skipping rope is about equivalent to running an 8-minute-mile.😱
Not only is jumprope fun and a great exercise, but is very affordable and light weight so you can literally take it anywhere!

Been in a serious funk since losing my daddy. I know that I am allowed to be sad and in a funk. But I also know that he wouldn’t want that for me. Honestly I think the best part of my job is that I get to work on my own health and fitness, while helping others do the same.
When I started coaching, it wasn’t to be able to get my hair done every month, it wasn’t to work on quitting my full time job, it wasn’t to meet amazing people… and while I am grateful for all of those perks, they aren’t why I started.
I started because I was tired of feeling lost in my life and if I could find myself, get confident and help others along the way while holding myself accountable, why the hell not?
I was reminded why I showed up today, as I’m getting ready to workout and talking to two new clients of mine right before I hit play from my bedroom.
It’s for you.
It’s for the other Kayley’s out there that need a sustainable solution.
For the tired, burned out fitness Instructors, nurses, mums, students, professionals... that need something that fills up THEIR cup so they can pour into others all day long.
So if you ever have wondered why I show up, it’s because I know you’re watching (and watching... and still watching) and I hope that in my story, you see yours.
I show up because I want you to realise that you DESERVE to show up for you, too. 💛
