It’s been forever it seems like it since I last worked out? ⠀ ⠀ Ok ok it’s been since Friday! 😂😂 I was just wondering why my body felt so weird?? 🤔🤔. ⠀ ⠀ Maybe because I’m getting a sore throat and I honestly didn’t feel like doing crap this morning. But either way I still got up and went to log onto my program and it wasn’t working 😱😱. Soon in enough it was back up and was able to do another oldie but goodie. ⠀ ⠀ 21 Day Fix Extreme!! Yup did Piyo Extreme! Wow!! I forgot how autumn kicks our butt ! 🍑😜😜. ⠀ ⠀ I was impressed with that I was able to do a burpee and jump in the air and lift my legs 😱😱. Those are the moments that I realIze how far I’ve come and far I continue to go. I understand and know it’s a lifestyle and not just a quick fix or fad diet. Started my Monday morning with some cardio. I was sweaty, tired and felt great! 37 minutes on the treadmill at 3.2 speed, 14% incline. I build up to that incline and then work my way down. It gets my legs and butt muscles super activated. I finish it off with a glute-activating resistance band. Walking up then back with my right, then switch to my left and repeat.
