Seems like A LOT of people have seen Jillian Michaels in a few different interviews lately... Promoting her book... Which like most authors she probably got an advance to write, and started writting years ago... BEFORE the boom, acceptance, understanding (yes been around since 1920 for epilepsy...and forever) and massive amounts of research about how reducing your sugar/refined carbs and therefore your blood sugar and INSULIN levels can dramatically improve most of the common chronic diseases we see today.

I think if anything... With all these reviews and some top media broadcasters firing back she gave keto a platform to be further explained in more detail to those who still don't quite understand it. Lol.
