After being off-plan completely for the past 4 days (birthday celebrations and family parties!) I’m back on it today - starting with a 30g bowl of @cheeriosuk with Skimmed Milk (114 cals) before heading into the hospital today! 🥣
Cereal is one of the quickest breakfast idea's that we can make during the working week.
However don't always understand the sugar and fibre content. Nor do we always get our portion sizes correct.
I always opt for high fibre cereal and weigh out my desired amount on my food scale. What's more I use almond milk rather than semi skimmed to save my calories.
