Berries are pretty much the only fruit allowed on a low carb diet. For those following Keto, be VERY careful about fruit. Some individuals, especially those more fat adapted, can have some berries in moderation. I always recommend pairing it with a fat. I made homemade whipped cream for these with just 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream and a tsp of vanilla extract. .
