If you asked me three months ago if i thought I’d be where I’m at today the answer would be heck no.
My journey as a health and wellness coach is most definitely physically challenging. That goes without saying. I continue to grow stronger with every workout. But that is not why I would have said heck no to your question.
I would have said no because this entire weekend has been full of meeting new people. The same day I met Taylor in person, we took a four hour road trip to Indy. Goodbye comfort zone.
In a very short period of time this coaching community has helped me acknowledge my comfort zone and then find ways to step outside of it. I put myself in an uncomfortable situation because that is where true growth comes from.
Change can be scary...but because I didn’t let fear overcome me, I now have three new friends that I met on INSTAGRAM.
I want to know, what is fear keeping you from doing? What are you missing out on? Are you content with that?

i'm not gonna lie, i was pretty scared to try it at first + my sisters had to beg me to join them 😳but once i got the hang of it, i was soaring over the waters like a champ and didn't want to leave! 😂it was so much fun! i can't wait to do it again this summer ☀️🌊

When it’s the World Cup, you do your long Saturday ride on the indoor trainer so you can watch Soccer. I prefer to do all my long rides outside to simulate the race but the World Cup is once every 4 years - sue me. Did the 50 mile ride in ERG mode. Don’t know what it is about my road bike, but my butt hurt a lot more than my 65 mile ride on the tri bike. Whatever - got it done. One more day until recovery week is over and the real work starts again.

I started the 2B Mindset on Monday (left photos) and these photos were taken last night (right). I started at 114.5lbs and checked in at 110.9lbs.
