Scrolling through my Insta Stories I came across this simple recipe for Chana Sundal from @shaanthram.
Chana Sundal is a stir fried dish made with lentils and tempered with curry leaves and mustard. Made in coconut oil, this vegan no onion no garlic recipe is a great alternative for those looking for a protein rich, low fat and low cal recipe. Makes for a healthy snack too.
